摘要： A connector arrangement of a control system with a controller in a motor vehicle is designed so that it can be manufactured advantageously and is reliable in operation.To do so, the connector arrangement and the respective controller are designed so that several separate connector sockets with externally accessible contact elements are arranged on the controller, which is mounted on the vehicle's internal combustion engine as a surface-mounted controller, some of the contact elements being designed as high-current contact elements which are connected directly to one another through busbars running inside the controller.The respective mating connectors can be connected to the connector sockets, the mating connectors being electrically connected to components of the vehicle over cable harnesses or cable segments, where a first mating connector connected to cable segments is composed of partial mating connectors which can be handled independently of one another.

摘要： A multipole electrical plug connection remains functionally stable even under vibrational stresses, in particular during the operation of an internal combustion engine. The plug connection is formed by coupling a first connector to a second connector. Attached to a contact carrier as part of a housing of the first connector are a first pressing element and a second pressing element, via which the two connectors are radially and axially biased when both connectors are joined. As a result, relative movements between the contacted contact elements and contact parts situated in the fixed connectors are prevented. The plug connection is preferably intended for use in automobile manufacturing.

摘要： A rammer for artillery shells with a carriage behind the gun's tube that supports a tray in alignment with the powder chamber, that has a mechanism at the rear to intercept the shell, that travels on slides along a track paralleling the axis R of the tube, that is coupled to a piston-and-cylinder drive mechanism to accelerate toward the tube, and that has a braking mechanism to brake it at a prescribed distance from the rear end of the tube. The braking mechanism has a shock absorber position in the longitudinal midplane of the carriage with a piston that moves against the force of a friction spring inside a cylinder and that has a piston rod projecting forward beyond the front of the carriage with a stop mounted on it, whereby the stop rests directly against the rear end of the tube when the carriage is in the forward and braked position.

摘要： A method and a device for producing a crimp are described. A crimp blank is plastically deformed by a forming tool. In particular when the forming tool is retracted, the force which the forming tool exerts on the crimp blank as well as the distance x by which the forming tool is displaced are measured. A change in the distance x between a position at maximum force Fmax and a position that for the first time is free from forces provides an indication of an elastic recovery, i.e., a spring-back, of the crimp blank. This indication represents a measure of the quality of the produced crimp.

摘要： A known fuel distributor for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines for supplying fuel to at least two fuel injection valves comprises a fuel supply channel and a number of valve receptacles corresponding to the number of fuel injection valves. The valve receptacles each have a valve receptacle opening which communicates directly with the fuel supply channel and into which the connecting segments of the fuel injection valves can be inserted.With the novel fuel distributor, electric conductors for electric connection to the fuel injection valves which are integrated directly into and/or onto the fuel distributor and lead up to the valve receptacle openings. Contact springs are arranged in each valve receptacle opening so that, after insertion of the connecting segment of one of the fuel injection valves the said contact springs establish contact with contact faces, provided on the connecting segment so they are axially offset relative to one another with respect to the longitudinal axis of the fuel injection valve.
