In order to reduce the dimensions of the raster of the connector pins and to achieve a small, compact design of the arrangement, the individual connector pins are manufactured as stamped-out parts whose second ends, in each case, have end faces manufactured in the stamping process and running roughly parallel to the substrate, and the bonding wires are welded directly to the stamped-out end faces of the connector pins. In addition, there is a method for manufacturing the arrangement.
