摘要: An insulating wall for refrigerator devices, wherein a polyurethane is foamed between an exterior metal sheet and a deep-drawn plastics material plate selected from a member of the group of polystyrole or acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, wherein the cell-gas of the polyurethane foam is carbon dioxide and wherein the plastics material plate comprises in its interior a blocking layer of 0.03-0.6 mm thickness formed of a copolymer of polyethylene and vinyl alcohol where the molar percent of polyethylene in the copolymer is in the range of 32-44.

摘要: A device to produce material webs of thermoplastic plastics, independently of the thickness at least between 100 .mu.m and 12 mm includes a single apparatus comprising cooled calender rolls mounted on a respective bottom frame and a top frame. The top frame is adjustable relative to the bottom frame between two operating positions. Of a feed roll pair, preferably directly following a sheet die, one of two feed rolls is arranged in the bottom frame and the other in the top frame. Thereby, in one operating position, the upper feed roll, and in the other operating position a smoothing ledge is associated with the feed roll of the bottom frame. The smoothing ledge is provided at the top frame and preferably has an air outlet nozzle. The top frame is preferably arranged with a slide which is displaceable in a slideway of the bottom frame.

摘要: The invention relates to a multi-layered composite body, comprising (i) a cover layer (1) having a layer thickness of 5-50 μm, comprising an acrylic polymer, (ii) an intermediate layer (2) that is arranged underneath the cover layer (1), comprising a thermoplastic material, which at a layer thickness of 3 mm shows in the entire wave length range of 380 nm to 780 nm a spectral transmission of at least 80%, measured by way of uncoloured test bodies according to ISO 13468-2 (edition 1999) and which has in regard to the acrylic polymer of the cover layer (1) a glass transition temperature that is at least 30° C. higher, defined by the respective “midpoint temperature”, measured by way of DSC method according to ISO 11357-2 (edition 1999-3) (iii) a substrate layer, comprising a thermoplastic material, which has in regard to the acrylic polymer of the cover layer (1) a glass transition temperature that is at least 30° C. higher, defined by the respective “midpoint temperature”, measured by way of DSC method according to ISO 11357-2 (edition 1999-3), containing pigments, dyes and optionally effect pigments, (iv) optionally a fourth layer (4), comprising a thermoplastic material, as described in the intermediate layer (2) or in the substrate layer (3), or a blend of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene co-polymer (ABS) with a thermoplastic material, as described in the intermediate layer (2) or in the substrate layer (3), providing that the overall thickness of the composite body is more than 1.00 mm.

摘要: A method for the production of laminates comprises extruding a support of acrylic nitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) and a coating of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA, acrylic glass) through a sheet die. The acrylic glass forming the coating has a melt flow index of at most 2.0 (MFI 230.degree. C./3.8 according to DIN 53735) and the ABS forming the support are conducted directly to the die through different channels.
