Abstract: A curable ink composition for forming a three-dimensional (3D) object via a digital additive manufacturing system is provided. The composition may comprise greater than about 30 weight % of one or more oligomers, at least two monomers comprising a lowest viscosity monomer and a highest viscosity monomer, one or more photoinitiators, and optionally, one or more additives. The ratio of the weight % of the total amount of oligomers to the weight % of the total amount of monomers may be at least about 0.5 and the ratio of the weight % of the lowest viscosity monomer to the weight % of the highest viscosity monomer may be at least about 5.

Abstract: A method of making a sacrificial coating composition is disclosed. The method comprises emulsifying an oil with surfactant to form an oil-in-water emulsion; and combining ingredients comprising (i) at least one polymer, (ii) at least one hygroscopic material, (iii) the oil-in water emulsion and (iv) water to produce the sacrificial coating composition. The at least one polymer is selected from the group consisting of a hydrophilic polymer, a latex comprising polymer particles dispersed in a continuous liquid phase, or mixtures thereof.

Abstract: Methods for powder coating that include applying a powder coating composition to a substrate via an electrostatic gun. The powder coating composition includes a mixture of two or more materials having different densities, such as a mixture of aerogel particles and fluoropolymer-containing particles.
