    摘要: A control device of a forklift engine that secures operability by keeping down fuel consumption when the accelerator pedal is floored in an unloaded or lightly loaded state, and once a heavy cargo is loaded, by lifting the cargo at a maximum lifting speed and traveling with maximum travel performance without acceleration problems. At least two maximum torque curves of different magnitudes are set in advance on a torque curve diagram. Then, the weight the cargo loaded on an attachment is measured. A threshold value for selecting at least two maximum torque curves is determined. If the measured weight is less than the threshold value, the maximum torque curve with a smaller maximum torque value is selected. If the measured weight is not less than the threshold value, the maximum torque curve with a larger maximum torque value is selected. The engine is controlled using the selected maximum torque curve.

    摘要: An engine control device for a forklift that suppresses an increase in fuel consumption amount and noise by limiting an engine rotation speed when the forklift is driven without the need to increase the engine speed according to the accelerator operation even when the accelerator is depressed hard.     摘要: An antenna duplexer includes first and second filters connected to an antenna terminal. The first filter has a passband of a low frequency band. The second filter has a passband of a high frequency band. The second filter is a ladder-type filter including series-arm resonators and parallel-arm resonators. At least one parallel-arm resonator out of the parallel-arm resonators has a main resonance and an auxiliary resonance. Attenuation poles caused by the main resonance and the auxiliary resonance are within the low frequency band. This antenna duplexer has a high attenuation characteristic and a high isolation characteristic while maintaining a low insertion loss.

    摘要: A surface acoustic wave (SAW) device includes a piezoelectric substrate, and on this substrate there are provided comb electrodes for forming an inter digital transducer (IDT), reflector electrodes placed closely along a traveling direction of a surface wave generated by the IDT, and a frame-like short-circuited auxiliary electrode having a width varying depending on its portions. This structure allows to uniform electric charges overall the electrode-surfaces, where the electric charges are generated in a heat treatment applied to the piezoelectric substrate during the manufacturing of the SAW device. Thus even after the device is diced into pieces, this structure can prevent damages of the electrodes or degradation in electrical properties due to an electric discharge generated by accumulated electric charges caused by pyroelectricity of the substrate.

    摘要: A SAW resonator disposed with an IDT electrode and reflector electrodes is formed on the surface of a piezoelectric substrate. Three pieces of the SAW resonator form an acoustic coupling by being disposed close to each other, electrode fingers comprising the IDT electrode in the center are all grounded, and IDT electrode fingers are electrically independent on the side to be connected to input-output terminals of the IDT electrodes disposed outside. As a result, three excitation modes having different propagation frequencies are generated which are used to attain a broad band SAW resonator filter. When these three pairs of the IDT electrode are electrically independent, a balanced input-output can be achieved, and excellent out-of-band rejection characteristics can be obtained.
