A resource allocation method for a HARQ is disclosed. This resource allocation method includes, transmitting an MAP message having specific information indicating whether or not a differential allocation is supported, storing MAP information contained in the MAP message during a predetermined frame, and upon receiving an NACK message during the predetermined frame, transmitting sub-burst information having differential allocation information related to sub-bursts to be retransmitted. If there are a large amount of HARQ traffic, each embodiment of the present invention transmits only differential information on the basis of MAP information of the initial MAP message when HARQ sub-bursts is retransmitted.

A method for allocating resource regions in a wireless access system. This method collectively allocates resources in non-consecutive frames. Specifically, a message, including allocation information used to collectively and non-consecutively allocate identical resource regions, is received from a base station and data is transmitted or received through the allocated resource regions. Since identical resource regions are collectively allocated in multiple frames, it is possible to reduce both the number of transmissions of a MAP message and MAP overhead in a network.

In a method of forming solder bumps, each solder bump is formed over a corresponding one of a plurality of chip pads of an active upper surface of a semiconductor device. An under bump metallurgy (UBM) is formed on the upper surface of the semiconductor device and the chip pads. A photoresist layer is deposited thereto and patterned to expose the under bump metallurgy on the chip pads. The solder bumps are formed on the under bump metallurgy exposed from the photoresist patterns, and the photoresist patterns are removed. An intermetallic compound layer (IMC) is formed on an interface between the solder bump and the under bump metallurgy by heating the solder bump at a temperature lower than a melting point of the solder bump. Then, the under bump metallurgy is etched by using the IMC as a mask, and the solder bumps are reflowed. The present invention obtains sufficient joint area between the under bump metallurgy and the solder bump as well as joint area between the under bump metallurgy and the buffer layer, and reduces the undercutting of the under bump metallurgy and thereby improves the mechanical and the electrical reliability of the solder bumps.

Provided herein are compositions, methods, systems, and kits for wound healing. As shown herein, CCN2/CTGF stimulated mesenchymal progenitor cells can form αSMA− fibroblasts. Further, TGFβ was shown to stimulate further differentiation of αSMA− fibroblasts to myofibroblasts associated with fibrosis. One aspect provides a composition including CCN2/CTGF and a TGFβ inhibitor, a P38 inhibitor, or a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Another aspect provides a method of treating tissue wounds with CCN2/CTGF-containing compositions. Also provided are systems and kits for wound healing. Also provided are methods for forming αSMA− fibroblasts mesenchymal progenitor cells.
