摘要： An image processing apparatus includes a reproducing device for reproducing recorded image data from a medium on which a plurality of image data are recorded. Apparatus is provided for supplying to a monitor the reproduced image data as a multi-screen wherein one screen of the monitor displays a plurality of smaller screens each corresponding to a respective one of the plurality of image data. Structure is provided for designating at least one of the smaller screens displayed on the multi-screen, and circuitry is provided for erasing from the medium image data corresponding to one of the smaller screens designated by the designating structure.

摘要： A waterproof slide fastener where first and second through-holes are drilled in a tape side edge portion of a waterproof tape at specific intervals from one another, and first and second halves of a fastener element are integrally connected to each other through first through-holes. A stopper includes a body portion and an extension portion extending from the body portion. First and second halves of the stopper straddle a pair of waterproof tapes and are integrally connected to each other through second through-holes. According to the waterproof slide fastener, a manufacturing step thereof can be simplified, and it is possible to effectively prevent water from entering the waterproof slide fastener even if it receives a lateral pulling force.

摘要： In the disclosed recording and/or reproducing apparatus, a switch detects whether the recording medium is mounted on the apparatus and a signal detecting head detects whether a signal is recorded on each of the recording tracks of the medium. In response to the switch detecting that the medium is mounted on the apparatus, a control circuit causes the signal detecting head sequentially to scan the recording tracks on the recording medium one after another. A memory stores the output of the signal detecting head during the sequential scanning operation so that a vacant track search operation can be accomplished within a short period of time.
