摘要: A damper mechanism 4 has an input rotary body 2, a hub flange 6, a splined hub 3, a third friction washer 60, a bushing 70, and an output plate 90. The third friction washer 60 is non-rotatably mounted on the hub flange 6 with respect to the hub flange 6, and has a friction member that contacts the input rotary body 2 in the axial direction. The bushing 70 is axially disposed between the hub flange 6 and the third friction washer 60, and is mounted on the hub flange 6 and the third friction washer 60 to be incapable of rotation with respect to the third friction washer 60. The output plate 90 is disposed between the third friction washer 60 and the bushing 70 in the axial direction, and is supported by the splined hub 3 to be capable of rotating integrally with the splined hub 3.

摘要: A damper mechanism for a clutch includes a first rotary body, a second rotary body, and an elastic member. The first rotary member includes a first member, a second member, and first and second connecting sections. The second rotary body is configured between the first and second members in an axial direction and rotatably configured relative to the first rotary body. The elastic member is rotatably configured between the first and second connecting sections to connect the first and second rotary bodies elastically. The second rotary body includes first and second protruding sections being arranged between the first and second connecting sections such that the first and second protruding sections contact the connecting sections. The first member includes a pair of first holes being configured with the rotational axis between the first holes for positioning pins being inserted in the first holes during an assembly.

摘要: A damper mechanism 4 has an input rotary member 2, a hub flange 6, a large coil spring 8 and a friction generating mechanism 5. In a state in which the input rotary member 2 is twisted to one side in the rotational direction with respect to the hub flange 6, the friction member is pressed in the rotational direction against tile hub flange 6 in a state in which at least part of the friction member has been elastically deformed in the rotational direction, so that the friction member and the hub flange 6 function as an integral member in the rotational direction. In a state in which the input rotary member 2 is twisted to one side in the rotational direction with respect to the hub flange 6, the friction member is capable of relative rotation with respect to the hub flange 6.

摘要: A pull-type clutch having an inner peripheral part of a diaphragm spring sandwiched between a lever plate and a retainer plate both being installed at an outer periphery of a release bearing. The lever plate has a cylindrical body and a radial outer flange at an axial forward side of the cylindrical body and the retainer plate has a disc-like annular body and a plurality of claws extending in radial inward direction and a plurality of projections extending in radial inward and axial forward directions, at an inner periphery of the disc-like annular body with spaces left therebetween. A groove is formed on an outer periphery of the cylindrical body of the lever plate and the tip ends of the claws fit in the grooves so as to secure the retainer plate to the outer periphery of the cylindrical body. The inner peripheral part of the diaphragm spring is sandwiched between the flange and the disc-like annular body radially outside of the projections.

摘要: A simple and low-cost structure is provided for fixing friction members of a torque limiter. The torque limiter includes a flywheel (5), a clutch plate (20), a spline hub (22), a clutch disc assembly (6) and a transmission torque limiting part (7). The flywheel (5) includes a friction coupling surface (14b). The clutch plate (20) includes plural axial through holes (20b). Plural friction members (26) are respectively attached to the through holes (20b). The spline hub (22) can be engaged with a transmission-side shaft (3). The clutch disc assembly (6) circumferentially elastically couples the clutch plate (20) and the spline hub (22). The transmission torque limiting part (7) limits torque to be transmitted from the flywheel (5) to the transmission-side shaft (3) while the friction members (26) are interposed and held between the transmission torque limiting part (7) and the friction coupling surface (14b) of the flywheel (5).

摘要: A manufacturing method for a disk-like diaphragm spring for making a center hole at a center part, making rectangular holes on an outer peripheral part with specified spaces left between such holes in a circumferential direction, forming plural ligulated fingers radially by means of plural radial slits extending from such rectangular holes to the center hole and inner peripheral parts of the fingers to be pressed by a release bearing. The method comprises a step of punching such rectangular holes and slits out of a disc-like blank with a press and forming between the slits tapered ligulated fingers and a process of punching out a center hole by using a gear-shaped press die having circular tip portions at the same spacing as the slits for forming tapered openings at the slits extending radially outward from the center hole slits and circular ends on the fingers.

摘要: The torque limiter includes a flywheel, a clutch plate, a spline hub, a clutch disc assembly and a transmission torque limiting part. The flywheel includes a friction coupling surface.
