    摘要: A piezoelectric transformer (101) comprises a layered structure (15) formed by alternately stacking a plurality of internal electrodes (13) and a plurality of piezo-electric ceramics layers (103) in thickness direction, first electrodes (21, 23) formed on side surfaces of said layered structure (15) and connected to said internal electrodes (13), at least one pair of second electrodes (27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37) formed on the side surfaces in areas different from those of the first electrodes (21, 23) and having a same potential, and a circuit board for driving the piezoelectric transformer. The piezoelectric transformer (101) is mounted on the circuit board. Each of the at least one pair of the second electrodes (27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37) opposite to each other is electrically connected to the circuit board.

    摘要: In order to improve a measurement accuracy of a mass flow meter, the mass flow meter comprises a flow rate calculating section that obtains an output signal from a sensor section having a thermosensitive resistive element arranged in a flow channel where a sample gas flows and that calculates a flow rate of the sample gas, a pressure measuring section that measures a primary side pressure in the flow channel, and a flow rate correcting section that corrects the measured flow rate obtained by the flow rate calculating section by the use of the primary side pressure obtained by the pressure measuring section and a gas coefficient determined by an isobaric specific heat of the sample gas.

    摘要: In an image forming apparatus provided with an optical beam scanning apparatus according to the invention, an optical beam scanning apparatus of an overillumination scanning optical system includes a semiconductor laser device as a light source, a pre-deflection optical system, a polygon mirror, and a post-deflection optical system, with a width of the luminous flux made incident on the polygon mirror being wider than a width of one reflecting surface forming the polygon mirror, wherein at least two sheets of flat plate for transmitting the luminous flux scanned by the polygon mirror are provided in the post-deflection optical system. In accordance with an image forming apparatus provided with an optical beam scanning apparatus according to the invention, not only a wave front aberration on a photoconductive drum can be suitably corrected, but suitable beam diameter and beam profile can be obtained on the photoconductive drum.
