    摘要: The invention discloses an image processing apparatus for adjusting the lightness of an input image which has a hue. The image processing apparatus includes a look-up table, a processing unit and an adder. The look-up table records M lightness, N hues and M*N corresponding lightness offset values. The processing unit is used for storing the look-up table and for selecting a corresponding lightness offset value from the look-up table according to the lightness and the hue of the input image. The adder is coupled to the processing unit and used for adding the selected lightness offset value to the lightness of the input image, so as to obtain an adjusted lightness. Accordingly, the image quality is improved.

    摘要: The invention discloses an image processing apparatus for adjusting the lightness of an input image which has a hue. The image processing apparatus includes a look-up table, a processing unit and an adder. The look-up table records M lightness, N hues and M*N corresponding lightness offset values. The beam splitter has a first reflection side, on which a first splitter film is provided, and a second reflection side, on which a second splitter film is provided. An angle between a normal line of the first reflection side, and a normal line of the second reflection side, is in a range between 165 degrees and 180 degrees. Both the first splitter film and the second splitter film permit red rays to pass therethrough. The red light source is separated from the blue and green light sources to obtain a better thermal dissipation.

    摘要: A method is disclosed for making an anti-reflection film of a solar cell. The method includes the step of providing a laminate. The laminate includes a ceramic substrate, a titanium-based compound film, a p+ type poly-silicon back surface field, a p− type poly-silicon light-soaking film and an n+ type poly-silicon emitter. The laminate is passivated with SiCNO:Ar plasma in a plasma-enhanced vapor deposition device, thus filling the dangling bonds of the silicon atoms at the surface of the n+ type poly-silicon emitter, the dangling bonds of the silicon grains at the grain boundaries of the p− type poly-silicon light-soaking film and the dangling bonds of the silicon atoms in the p+ type poly-silicon back surface field. Finally, the n+ type poly-silicon emitter is coated with an anti-reflection film of SiCN/SiO2.

    摘要: A phase locked loop includes a voltage controlled oscillator operable to generate an output signal corresponding to a reference signal in response to a control voltage signal outputted by a filter in response to a current signal, and a variable frequency divider operable to perform frequency division on the output signal using a variable divisor so as to generate a divided feedback signal. A charge pump outputs the current signal in response to a phase detecting output from a phase/frequency detector indicating phases of the divided feedback signal and the reference signal. A phase error comparator outputs, in accordance with the phase detecting output, a digital output indicating whether the divided feedback signal lags or leads the reference signal and further indicating a phase difference between the divided feedback signal and the reference signal. The variable frequency divider determines a value of the variable divisor in accordance with the digital output to reduce the phase difference between the divided feedback signal and the reference signal.
