摘要： A device management apparatus is adapted to be connected to devices which constitute at least one device group. An application is running in the device management apparatus. Each of the device managers is associated with one of the devices and is operable to create usage information of the associated one of the devices. A device group manager is associated with the at least one device group and coupled to the device managers to receive the usage information from each of the device managers. The device group manager is operable to notify the usage information in response to an inquiry from the application.

摘要： A POS terminal apparatus is adapted to be connected to an external device. With an application running in the POS terminal apparatus, a device manager determines whether the external device is capable of counting a first value indicating a usage amount of the external device, and if so, the device manager acquires the first value from the external device in response to a first command from the application. A counter retains a second value indicating the usage amount of the external device and notifies the second value to the application in response to a second command from the application. If it is determined that the external device is not capable of counting the first value, the counter virtually counts the second value in accordance with a third command sent from the application to the external device. An updater updates the second value with a third value which is obtained by a fourth command from the application. The first value is retained even when the second value is updated with the third value.

In such an apparatus, a cross-sectional area of a flow path for the photosensitization dye solution in a portion facing the substrate in the substrate housing section is set smaller than a cross-sectional area of a flow path for the photosensitization dye solution in other portions.

摘要： A drive circuit of a fan motor is provided. In an embodiment of the drive circuit, a first PWM comparator compares a temperature detection voltage with a cyclic voltage, and outputs a first PWM signal. A second PWM comparator compares a minimum frequency setting voltage indicating a minimum frequency of the fan motor, with the cyclic voltage, and outputs a second PWM signal. The drive circuit combines the first PWM signal and the second PWM signal by a logical operation, to drive the fan motor. The drive circuit includes a first logic gate which generates a logical sum of the first PWM signal and the second PWM signal, and a second logic gate which generates a logical product of the first PWM signal and an inverted signal of the second PWM signal. The drive circuit switches drive mode based on the first logic gate and the second logic gate.
