摘要： A communication method and system allowing MN (mobile nodes) to acquire a home address in a visited network. The communication system includes a home network installed with a home agent for holding mobile terminal location information and, a visited network installed with a radio communications device for communicating with that mobile terminal, and gateway equipment in the visited network for forming an interface with the home network. The radio communication device includes an access request transfer unit for forwarding access requests from a mobile terminal of the visited network to the gateway equipment which makes an acquisition request to the home agent for an identifier of that mobile terminal, and forwards that acquired identifier to that mobile terminal.

摘要： Information on whether a prefix is distributable to a MN is held by a CA. The server section of the HA allots prefix information to a MN approved by the CA. When the server section of the HA receives an IKE packet from the MN, the server section generates an IPsec SA after checking the prefix information in the server section. The server section allows an MN location registration request to fulfill the IPsec SA. The CA approves distribution of a prefix to the MN and verifies that the MN is genuine by generating an IPsec SA with the HA by utilizing the prefix distributed by the MN.

摘要： Disclosed is a packet-switched communication apparatus (DNS proxy server) receiving and forwarding messages which are used to obtain an address corresponding to a domain name assigned to a device connected to a network from the domain name and to obtain such a domain name from the address. The communication apparatus comprises mapping retaining means for retaining mappings between network-dependent parts of addresses which are used in a first network and address translators; address translator selecting means for selecting an address translators, based on an address included in a received packet; address obtaining means for obtaining a substitutive address to replace the address included in the received packet from the selected address translator; and address replacement means for replacing the address included in the received packet by using the obtained substitutive address.

The IPv6-based DNS-ALG cooperates with the translator to permit alleviation of processing load on the DNS-ALG and reduction in capacity of a translation table of large capacity. A technique is disclosed which, with the above construction, can permit mutual connection among a plurality of VPN's without exchanging the existing VPN's.

摘要： A driving force control system for vehicle for controlling a target speed of an engine serving as a prime mover by selecting a control mode based on an index representing a driving preference of a driver. The control mode is selected from a first mode for operating the engine to achieve the target speed while optimizing a fuel economy, and a second mode for operating the engine to achieve the target speed at a speed lower than that achieved while optimizing the fuel economy. The driving force control system is configured to determine a lower limit speed of the engine based on the index provided that the second mode is selected, and to restrict a lower limit value of the target speed of the engine to the lower limit speed in case the target speed of the engine exceeds the lower limit speed under the second mode.

The driving force control device is configured to detect acceleration information including a lateral acceleration of the vehicle and to control the braking force of the power plant on the basis of the detected acceleration information when the brake operating mechanism is operated.
