摘要: A method for obtaining grain-oriented silicon steel sheet with a very high magnetic flux density and a very low core loss by setting specific conditions for the decarburization and primary recrystallization annealing step within the series of steps performed for the manufacture of the grain-oriented silicon steel sheet. This method consists of setting the rate of temperature rise in the decarburization and primary recrystallization annealing step at no less than 10.degree. C./sec, dividing the decarburization and primary recrystallization annealing step into a first half and a second half, and restricting the temperature, time, and ratio P.sub.H.sbsb.2.sub.O /P.sub.H.sbsb.2 of the partial pressure of H.sub.2 O to the partial pressure of H.sub.2 of the atmosphere for each of these two halves within certain predefined ranges.

摘要: A substrate for print circuit board comprising a steel sheet, a forsterite film layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, and an insulating film layer formed on the forsterite film layer by baking a coating solution mainly consisting of a phosphate and colloidal silica. A print circuit board having a conductive pattern on the insulating film layer of the substrate for print circuit board, and methods of manufacturing the substrate and the print circuit board. One of typical methods of manufacturing the substrate for print circuit board comprises steps of applying an annealing separator mainly consisting of MgO on the steel sheet and annealing it to form a forsterite film layer, applying and baking a coating solution mainly consisting of the phosphate and colloidal silica onto the forsterite film layer to form an insulating film layer. The print circuit board is obtained by bonding the conductive pattern to the insulating film layer and annealing at a temperature range of not lower than 300.degree. C. but lower than 1,050.degree. C.

摘要: Granular substances with pollutants adhered, such as contaminated soils and incinerated ashes, are finely granulated to separate the pollutants from the granular substances efficiently and to enable the granular substances, from which pollutants have been separated, to be recycled. After fine granulation of the granular substances by a coarse disintegrating treatment through a first fine granulation machine, the granular substances, which have been finely granulated by the first fine granulation machine, are subjected to, by a second fine granulation machine, mutual polishing among the granular substances by mutual rubbing forces of the substances themselves and thus the pollutants, such as heavy metals and dioxin class substances adhering strongly to the surfaces of the granular substances, are separated, and also the granular substances not containing the pollutants are classified from the granular substances which have already been finely granulated by a vibrational screen and a classification device.

摘要: Pressure is exerted on the interior of casting rolls with a negative crown so that the rolls may maintain a true cylindrical surface without any crown when the continuous casting operation is initiated. When the cylindrical surface of the rolls is heated by molten metal as the continuous casting operation continues, the interior pressure of the rolls is decreased, whereby the rolls may maintain a true cylindrical surface without any crown.
