摘要： This invention provides a laminated resin material comprising (1) a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer made by a dispersion method, (2) a gas impermeable resin layer on the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer, and (3) an adhesive resin layer having a melt viscosity of not more than 5000 Pa.s under a shear rate of 10 s−1 at 150° C. and not more than 250 Pa.s under a shear rate of 2000 s−1 at 150° C. on the gas impermeable resin layer. Among them, a laminated resin material in which the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer made by the dispersion method is an expansion molded stampable sheet and which has a skin material further on the adhesive resin layer is a material excellent in both of the characteristics of adhesion and rigidity and suitable as automotive interior materials.

摘要： As a paper-made stampable sheet having a high rigidity and, if necessary, improved adhesiveness and non-permeability and a light weight stampable sheet shaped body made from this sheet and a method of producing the same, there are proposed a paper-made stampable sheet obtained by paper-making a mixture of thermoplastic resin and reinforcing fibers to obtain a sheet-like web, piling a thermoplastic resin film of a single layer or multi layer or an organic fiber nonwoven fabric having at least one excellent property selected from rigidity, non-permeability and adhesiveness on at least one-side surface of the sheet-like web in accordance with use purpose, compressing them under heating above a melting point of the thermoplastic resin constituting the web, cooling and solidifying at a compressed state as well as a light weight stampable sheet shaped body made from this sheet and a method of producing the same.

摘要： A method of stabilizing a catalyst for the conversion of aromatic hydrocarbons in the presence of hydrogen such as the isomerization of C.sub.8 aromatic hydrocarbons to increase the content of p-xylene, is carried out by contacting a catalyst in advance of start-up with hydrocarbons in the liquid phase at a temperature preferably of about 50.degree. to about 250.degree. C. and preferably at elevated pressure up to about 50 Kg/cm.sup.2 in the absence of hydrogen; the catalyst being prepared by the acid leaching of a hydrogen form mordenite to produce a mordenite having a silica to alumina molar ratio of about 15 to 21. Preferably, the hydrocarbons used for the contacting have the composition of the feed to be converted.

摘要： A C.sub.8 aromatic hydrocarbon mixture which typically may consist essentially of xylenes and ethylbenzene, the latter being present in an amount of not more than 40 weight percent, is converted to a product containing an increased proportion of p-xylene by bringing it into contact with an acid leached hydrogen form mordenite having a silica to alumina mole ratio of 15-21 at a temperature in the range of 180.degree. to 250.degree. C. under a pressure of atmospheric to 200 Kg/cm.sup.2. Hydrogen may be present in the system in a mole ratio of hydrogen to C.sub.8 aromatic hydrocarbon mixture of 0-10. The reaction may be conducted in the vapor phase or in the liquid phase.
