    摘要: In a method of performing magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, an MR apparatus, and a computer-readable medium during a first cardiac cycle of a subject, a first imaging sequence is generated for application to a subject. The first imaging sequence has a preparatory pulse and an inversion recovery pulse following the preparatory pulse. First signals emitted from the subject in response to the first imaging sequence are detected, and first image data are generated based on the first signals. During a second cardiac cycle following the first cardiac cycle, a second imaging sequence is generated for application to the subject. The second imaging sequence has a preparatory pulse. Second signals emitted from the subject in response to the second imaging sequence are detected, and second image data are generated based on the second signals.

    摘要: A method of creating an image representative of a measured dataset by iteratively updating a base image includes: generating a principal dataset from the measured dataset, the principal dataset having noise at substantially the same level as the measured dataset; generating an additional dataset from the measured dataset such that the additional dataset has noise at substantially the same level as the measured dataset and is not identical to the principal dataset; processing the base image without noise compensation using the principal dataset and additional dataset to obtain a principal interim image and an additional interim image; comparing the principal and the additional interim image to determine an indication of a noise level present; and using the determined indication of noise present to select noise compensation to apply when processing the base image using the measured dataset to create a new base image representative of the measured dataset.

    摘要: This invention relates to immunotherapeutic methods involving administering immunoregulatory T cells (Tregs) with improved function to a subject. The invention also concerns modified Tregs having improved function and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same. The improved Tregs of the invention have the capacity for increased gut-homing, amongst other improved functions. The methods and compositions of the invention are particularly useful in the treatment of immune-mediated gut disorders.
