摘要: A non-contact electric power transmission circuit according to an embodiment of the invention includes an electric power transmission circuit and an electric power receiving circuit. The electric power transmission circuit includes a full bridge circuit and a resonant type full bridge circuit. A direct-current power supply is used as an input of the full bridge circuit, the full bridge circuit includes two sets of switching elements, two switching elements being connected in series in each set of the switching elements, a drive circuit alternately feeds a pulse signal to gates of the switching elements to perform switching of the direct-current input in the full bridge circuit, and a serial resonant circuit of a resonant capacitor and an electric power transmission coil is connected to an output of the full bridge circuit in the resonant type full bridge circuit. The electric power receiving circuit includes an electric power receiving coil and a rectifying and smoothing circuit. The electric power receiving coil is electromagnetically coupled to the electric power transmission coil, and the rectifying and smoothing circuit rectifies an output of the electric power receiving coil. In the non-contact electric power transmission circuit, a push-pull output PWM control circuit is provided in the drive circuit that controls the full bridge circuit, and only one of the switching elements in each set of switching elements performs a regenerative operation. Therefore, a non-contact electric power transmission circuit in which the resonant type full bridge circuit can be controlled by PWM control at a level similar to that of a phase shift operation can be provided.

摘要: A method of producing a surface-mount inductor by encapsulating a coil with an encapsulation material containing a resin and a filler using a mold die assembly is provided. A tablet is prepared by preforming the encapsulation material into a shape having a flat plate-shaped portion and a pillar-shaped convex portion on a peripheral thereof A coil is a wound conductive wire having a cross-section of rectangular-shape. The coil is placed on the tablet to allow both ends of the coil to extend along an outer side surface of the pillar-shaped convex portion of the tablet. The coil and the encapsulation material are integrated together while clamping the both ends of the coil between an inner wall surface of the mold die assembly and the outer side surface of the pillar-shaped convex portion of the tablet, to form a molded body.

摘要: A non-contact power transfer apparatus includes a power transmission unit including a power transmission coil, a power transmission circuit, a current detection circuit, and a unit detection means and a first microcomputer with a control circuit for controlling each of the circuits. The non-contact power transfer apparatus also includes a power reception unit having a power reception coil, a rectification smoothing circuit, a series regulator, a charge battery unit with a rechargeable battery, a switching element for pulse-charging and a second microcomputer with a control circuit for controlling the series regulator and the switching element. As such, the power reception unit receives power via the power reception coil, while the rectification smoothing circuit and series regulator generate a set voltage. The set voltage is used to start the second microcomputer to apply an initial reset and a pulse pattern as an ID authentication pattern to the switching element.

A short stub crosses through the exposed dielectric portion to couple the electrode and film together. The printed circuit board has a front surface formed with a generally-circular island-shaped electrode surrounded by a front surface-side ground pattern in a spaced-apart relation thereto, and a back surface formed with a strip line surrounded by a back surface-side ground pattern in spaced-apart relation thereto. An approximate center of the island-shaped electrode and one end of the strip line are coupled together, and the front surface-side ground pattern and the back surface-side pattern are coupled together. The input/output electrode of the dielectric waveguide and the island-shaped electrode of the printed circuit board are coupled together.
