Abstract: A cleaner includes a first cleaning module including a left spin mop and a right spin mop that come into contact with a floor while rotating in a clockwise direction or in a counterclockwise direction when viewed from an upper side, a second cleaning module that comes into contact with the floor at a position spaced apart from the left spin mop and the right spin mop in a forward-and-backward direction, a body supported by the first cleaning module and the second cleaning module, and a water supply module that supplies water to the first cleaning module. A water tank is disposed inside the body. Water supplied by the water supply module reaches the first cleaning module before reaching the floor.

A plurality of images are detected through an image detecting unit such as an upper camera, and two or more feature points are extracted from the plurality of images. Abstract: Sanding and screening are steps in floor finishing that produce large quantities of fine dust which is difficult to remove and which plugs porous filter elements of dust collection systems. Dust collection is enhanced with a floor screening attachment for a floor machine. A vacuum system with a liquid filtering medium is provided to collect dust produced during screening. A dust collection unit is also disclosed to collect and separate sawdust produced by sanding which can cause foaming of a liquid filter medium.

Abstract: A burnishing apparatus having at least one burnishing disc engageable with a floor includes a shroud surrounding the burnishing disc. The shroud defines a vacuum zone in fluid communication with a filtration system. The filtration system has an inlet, wherein the vacuum zone is in fluid communication with the inlet. In one embodiment, a vacuum source is in fluid communication with the inlet, wherein the vacuum source draws dust from the vacuum zone into the filtration system through the inlet, and at least some of the dust is collected by the filtration system. In another embodiment of the invention, an agitation device regenerates at least one filter element forming part of the filtration system.

Abstract: A driver assembly for the pad of a high speed floor burnishing machine includes a flexible backing plate having a peripheral retaining skirt which centers the pad on the driver assembly and also prevents the edges of the pad from growing or expanding to a larger circumference during high speed rotary burnishing action. The backing plate adds stiffness to the pad when rotating at high speed, and it promotes uniform contact of the pad with the floor at the outer radial extremities of the pad where the velocity is greatest and the polishing is most effective. In the illustrated embodiment, the pad and driver assembly are surrounded by a shroud which is continuously evacuated by radial air flow generated by the motion of the driver assembly which includes a finned hub. The air flow carries debris generated by the burnisher to a collection bag or filter without leaving the machine.
