    摘要: The invention relates to a prosthesis (1) for a endobypass pending future anastomosis, having:

    a leaktight wall (2) forming a conduit between first and second orifices (25, 26) which are positioned at first and second segments (21, 22) of the leaktight wall;
    a first stent (31) encircling the leaktight wall (2) at the first segment;
    a second stent (32) encircling the leaktight wall at the second segment;
    the leaktight wall having an intermediate segment (23) arranged between the first and second segments and composed of first and second faces (231, 232) extending over respective angular portions;
    a third stent (33) integral with the first face of the intermediate segment (23) of the leaktight wall (2), the third stent extending over the entire angular portion of the first face (231), the second face (232) of the intermediate segment (23) being without a stent.

    摘要: An annuloplasty device is disclosed comprising first and second support rings being configured to be arranged as a coil in a first configuration around an axial direction, wherein the first and second support rings are configured to be arranged on opposite sides of native heart valve leaflets of a heart valve, a stiffening unit, wherein at least part of the first and second support rings comprises an interior channel configured to receive the stiffening unit, wherein insertion of the stiffening unit into the interior channel increases the stiffness of the first and/or second support rings. A method of repairing a defective heart valve is also disclosed.

    摘要: Annuloplasty prosthesis device (1), which is suitable for remodeling a native annulus (2), comprises a body having the shape of at least one ring portion defining a longitudinal direction, coinciding with or locally parallel to the longitudinal development direction of said body; said portion (5) being opposite to said first arcuate section (4), and the body comprises a first arcuate section (4) and at least a second segment (5); said first arcuate section (4) is flexible in a first direction, locally transverse to the longitudinal direction, so as to be deformable under flexion along said first direction; said first arcuate section (4) defines a plane of storage substantially parallel both to the longitudinal direction and to the first direction; said at least a second section (5) is rigid under flexion in said plane of storage (XY); said second section (5) is flexible in a second direction (ZZ), transverse to the plane of storage, so as to be deformable under flexion along said second direction.

    摘要: Disclosed are embodiments of replacement heart valves. Embodiments may include a collapsible and expandable frame comprising rows of cells. The frame may include a plurality of axial connection portions extending between top ends and bottom ends of the cells, wherein each axial connecting portion is shaped to bend for accommodating temporary changes in cell height during non-uniform compression of the replacement heart valve. Frames having these features are advantageous when advancing a replacement heart valve through a funnel-shaped compression tool. The axial connection portions are sufficiently flexible to accommodate changes in frame shapes during compression while also being sufficiently resilient for enhancing the structural integrity of the frame in the fully deployed state. The replacement heart valves are preferably dual-frame heart valves, wherein the axial connection portions form a portion of an inner frame and wherein an outer frame is provided for engaging tissue and forming a seal.
