Abstract: A portable training device for plantar core muscles includes: a supporting portion corresponding in position to a transverse arch of a human sole and having a supporting-portion thickness and an allowable deformation in a Z direction; an inner cushioning portion connected to the supporting portion, corresponding in position to a first metatarsophalangeal joint of the sole, and having an inner-cushioning-portion thickness in the Z direction; and an outer cushioning portion connected to the supporting portion, corresponding in position to a fifth metatarsophalangeal joint of the sole, and having an outer-cushioning-portion thickness in the Z direction. The supporting-portion thickness is greater than the inner- and the outer-cushioning-portion thicknesses. When the portable training device is stepped on with the sole, the supporting portion supports the transverse arch to help train a longitudinal arch of the sole to arch naturally, thereby guiding the plantar core muscles into contraction to strength those muscles.

Abstract: A novel structural inversion table includes a body including a back plate, a headrest and a tripod rotationally connected with a cross brace at middle. Air holes are penetrated through the back plate. Two T-shaped guide rods are disposed on the cross brace of the tripod and having one ends provided with fixed bars that are fixed on a side wall of the back plate by screws, the T-shaped guide rod is sleeved with a return spring outside and is connected with a base plate having a hollow structure. Water outlet tubes are disposed at a side of the base plate contacting the back plate. A stroke conversion mechanism is disposed between the base plate and the cross brace. The present invention relates to fitness equipment, the inversion table can effectively improve the air permeability of the back plate as well as safety, to ensure the experience of the exerciser.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide a portable sex article. The article includes a soft hollow case (which, in some embodiments, is a pillow case). The case is specially designed with a holster formed on a first side the case. The holster is adapted to secure a sex simulation device such as an artificial vagina or dildo. The holster extends into an interior region of the case, and may have a securing mechanism such as elastic bands or a hook-and-loop fastener to secure a sex simulation device in place. A human image is imparted on the case, such as by a textile printing process. The human image can be a photograph or illustration. The human image includes a rendering of an anatomical orifice, such as an anus, vagina, and/or mouth. The human image is oriented such that the anatomical orifice is aligned with the holster.

Abstract: The invention relates to physiotherapy and may be used in health and fitness exercises. A massage device for acting on the spinal muscles comprises: interchangeable massage elements and a body with sockets, into which said elements can be mounted; said body having three sides, each of which permits mounting of said body on a horizontal surface; wherein the planes tangential to each of the sides and coincident with the horizontal surface that provides for the mounting of each of the sides together form a dihedral angle of approximately 60±15 degrees, with all of the dihedral angles adding up to a total of 180 degrees; the sides of the body are connected to each other by means of three edge surfaces, each of which has lateral portions for the paraspinal areas of the spine and a medial portion for the spinal column, which is recessed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the body relative to said lateral portions; the sockets are situated in the lateral portions of each of the edge areas; and the three edge surfaces together with the massage elements mounted in the sockets form massage surfaces that correspond to the position of the spinal organs to be massaged in three regions of the spine. The interchangeability of the massage elements and the use of a range of interchangeable massage heads of different shapes, sizes and firmness provide for precise control of the force, depth and direction of the therapeutic mechanical action to be applied to the paravertebral muscles.

Abstract: A therapeutic mat is described. The mat provides therapeutic relief in the form of vibratory motion and/or heat. The mat or pad is particularly useful as a floor mat in a vehicle. The mat includes provisions to enable powering the mat from a 12-volt direct current source, such as used in an automobile or other vehicle. A massage module can be removed from the mat to facilitate cleaning of the mat. The mat may also include one or more upwardly extending provisions for massaging the arch region of a user's feet. Abstract: A trigger point therapy device for applying pressure to a localized area of myofascial tissue that is accessed from the exterior of a patient's body. The therapy device includes a base portion has top and bottom surfaces that define a width dimension for the base portion. The therapy device also includes a pressure applicator that is connected to the base portion. The device allows an equivalent amount of pressure to be applied while the patient is lying on a soft surface as compared to lying on a hard surface. This increases the length of time that a patient will can comfortably use the device and promotes usage of the device by the patient. A method includes placing the device on a soft surface and positioning a patient on the soft surface to place the pressure applicator in engagement with the localized area of myofascial tissue.
