    摘要: There are disclosed formulations, medicated skin treatments, methods of treating acne, pressure-sensitive patches with acne formulations, and skin treatments. In an embodiment, there is provided a formulation of a skin treatment effective in removal of sebum-formed oils from skin of a human body. The formulation includes glycerin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, salicylic acid, and two or more lipophilic vitamin anti-oxidants, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone in a crosslinked configuration by at least one of a chemical process or a radiation process. In an embodiment, there is provided pressure-sensitive adhesive patch configured for application over acne breakouts. The patch includes a fabric material or flexible plastic backing material. The patch includes a formulation carried by the fabric material or the flexible plastic backing material. The formulation is configured to provide a skin treatment effective in removal of sebum-formed oils from the skin of a human body. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

    摘要: Provided is a composition which maintains apigenin stably. The present invention provides the composition containing apigenin at 3 ppm or more and dibutylhydroxytoluene, wherein the mass ratio of the content of apigenin relative to the content of dibutylhydroxytoluene is 1 or greater, or the pH value is less than 7. Also provided is a method for preparing an apigenin-containing composition, the method including combining 3 ppm or more of apigenin with dibutylhydroxytoluene so that the mass ratio of the content of apigenin relative to the content of dibutylhydroxytoleune is 1 or greater, or including adjusting the ph of the composition to a value less than 7.

    摘要: The invention relates to a xenon-based anesthetic gas composition to be used, via inhalation, to maintain or preserve cerebral perfusion during an endarterectomy involving the clamping of the carotid artery in a mammal under general anesthesia. The xenon is preferably used in combination with at least one injectable anesthetic morphine agent such as remifentanil, sulfentanil, fentanyl, and alfentanil. Advantageously, the xenon is mixed with an oxygen-containing gas and administered to the patient after the patient has been anesthetized, put to sleep, and intubated. The use of xenon makes it possible to achieve a reduction in the pressure gradient during the clamping of the internal carotid artery relative to the usual anesthetic agents, and to achieve stable hemodynamics.
