A system and method are provided for stimulating hair growth of a user. The system includes a stimulating unit in communication with a control unit. The stimulating unit includes at least one electrode to be placed on a region of the user, a pulser configured to send electronic pulses to the electrode, and a power supply which supplies power to the pulser. Operation of the system includes the steps of placing the at least one electrode on a region of the user, relaying a plurality of pulses to the electrode, terminating the pulses when a predetermined number of pulses have been delivered, and removing the electrode from the region of the user.

Disclosed are a system, and method for fixation of hair fibers on a bald region on a human head. The method comprises pre-treating the bald region so that excess static electricity is removed from the bald region. The removal of static electricity improves fixation property the bald region. The method further includes, using a hair concealment device that is made up of a bottom and a top part. The top part is made up of metal and hence when a user touches metal portion with his hands, static electricity of the hair fibers is removed. This provides better fixation property to the human fibers and increases fixation to the bald region. The method further includes providing finishing to the bald region by spraying a soft gel to further improve fixation of hair to the bald region and natural human hair.

Once the cell medium of the invention is conditioned, it may be used in any state. Physical embodiments of the conditioned medium include, but are not limited to, liquid or solid, frozen, lyophilized or dried into a powder. Additionally, the medium is formulated with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier as a vehicle for internal administration, applied directly to a food item or product, or formulated with a salve or ointment for topical applications. Also, the medium may be further processed to concentrate or reduce one or more factors or components contained within the medium.

The present invention provides a method for the repair of subcutaneous or dermal tissue in a subject, comprising in one aspect the injection of a suspension of allogeneic dermal fibroblasts into the subject. By injecting a suspension of allogeneic cells, the invention provides, for example, long-term augmentation of the subadjacent tissue without the disadvantages that accompany the preparation and/or use of presently available materials such as autologous fibroblasts cells or collagen.According to a first aspect of the invention there is provided a method for the augmentation of subcutaneous or dermal tissue in a subject, which method comprises the steps of: (i) providing a suspension of allogeneic dermal fibroblasts; and (ii) injecting an effective volume of the suspension into tissue subadjacent to the subcutaneous or dermal tissue so that the tissue is augmented.
