The reservoir (24) is in fluid communication with the first feed line (11) and/or is adapted to be brought in fluid communication with the first feed line (11) via at least a valve (25) arranged in the instrument head, to deliver the second fluid stored in the reservoir (24) via the exit opening (23).

摘要: A disinfection tip is described for disinfecting a threaded connector of a syringe. The disinfection tip includes a cylindrical outer housing, a substantially cylindrical inner housing extending from a distal wall of the outer housing, a distal chamber defined by the outer sidewall of the inner housing, the inner wall of the outer housing and the distal wall of the outer housing, the distal chamber being in fluid communication with the cavity, the distal chamber retaining a disinfectant or antimicrobial agent when the disinfection tip is disposed within an outer wall of the luer connector of the syringe and, at least one jet orifice radially disposed on the inner rim in fluid communication with the distal chamber allowing for fluid to pass from the distal chamber through the jet orifice directing the disinfectant or antimicrobial agent towards a center of the outer housing when the disinfection tip is further inserted into the luer connector of the syringe, the insertion of the disinfection tip causing the volume of the distal chamber to reduce and expel disinfectant or antimicrobial agent through the at least one jet orifice.

摘要: The described technology relates to a needleless syringe for injecting an injection objective substance into an injection target area. The needleless syringe includes a protruding member which is provided movably from a first position to a second position at which 1) a protruding length of a forward end of the protruding member from an end surface of a housing is shorter than a protruding length of the forward end at the first position and 2) the forward end and a discharge port can be brought in contact with the injection target area. The needleless syringe also includes a maintaining mechanism which maintains the protruding member at the first position and a power source circuit which applies a voltage to a driving unit when the protruding member having been maintained at the first position is moved to the second position. Accordingly, the unintended discharge from the syringe is appropriately avoided.

摘要: An apparatus for transdermal injection includes a sleeve including a proximal end, a distal end, and an inner wall surface extending along the sleeve from a first opening at the proximal end to a second opening at the distal end. The inner wall surface forms a channel in the sleeve, the channel having a first portion with a substantially frustoconical shape. The channel of the sleeve is configured to receive a substantially frustconically shaped injection cartridge, to substantially uniformly support the injection cartridge during a transdermal injection operation, and to prevent movement of the injection cartridge out of the distal end of the sleeve.

摘要: A free-jet dosing system for administering a fluid into or under the skin having a micropump and a nozzle arranged on the outlet side. The micropump has an inlet and an outlet and is configured to transport a fluid from the inlet to the outlet and to generate a blocking pressure of at least 20 bar at the outlet. The nozzle is configured to output the fluid output at the outlet as a free jet at a fluid pressure so that the fluid of the free jet may be injected into the skin.
