Abstract: A method comprises transporting a first stream of a carrier gas to a delivery device that contains a liquid precursor compound. The method further comprises transporting a second stream of the carrier gas to a point downstream of the delivery device. The first stream after emanating from the delivery device and the second stream are combined to form a third stream, such that the dew point of the vapor of the liquid precursor compound in the third stream is lower than the temperature of the plumbing that transports the vapor to a CVD reactor or a plurality of CVD reactors. The flow direction of the first stream, the flow direction of the second stream and the flow direction of the third stream are unidirectional and are not opposed to each other.

Abstract: A viscous material stirring apparatus includes a stirring member that rotates about a rotation axis and has a tip radially separated from the rotation axis, a rotary actuator that rotates the stirring member about the rotation axis, a moving mechanism that moves the stirring member, and a control device. The control device drives the moving mechanism to immerse the tip of the stirring member into an applied viscous material, drives the rotary actuator to rotate the stirring member around the rotation axis, and drives the moving mechanism to move the stirring member along a coating direction of the viscous material with the tip of the stirring member immersed in the viscous material.

Abstract: Disclosed is a plunger mixer device (307B, 309B, 311B, and 313B) deployable within a hollow shaft injection drill bit system (305B). The plunger mixer device (307B, 309B, 311B, and 313B) includes a motor (313B), a piston (507D), and a plunger motor assembly (403C, 405C, 407C, 409C, 411C, 413C, and 415C). The motor (313B) is connected to a feeder auger tip. The piston (507D) is configured to be driven by the motor (313B). The piston (507D) is connected to a feeder auger (103C, 105A, 109B, and 205A). The plunger motor assembly (403C, 405C, 407C, 409C, 411C, 413C, and 415C) includes a stacked series of panels (503D, 505D, and 507D), and a plurality of motor shafts (311D). The stacked series of panels (503D, 505D, and 507D) has a plurality of ribbed panels (307D) with a rib locking feature. One of the stacked series of the panel (507C) is actuated by the motor (313B). The ribbed panels (303C) lock between each other when the ribbed panels (305D, 307B, 307D, and 309B) are spun into a fully formed deployment. The ribbed panels (303C, 305C, and 307C), upon deployment, serve to mix wet and dry materials by subsurface hollow shaft drilling augers (103A) ascending in communication with a feeder auger ascent and the subsequent descent.

Abstract: In order to efficiently produce a liquid containing ultrafine bubbles of a desired gas, an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid producing apparatus includes a gas dissolving unit that dissolves a predetermined gas into a liquid, and a UFB generating unit that generates ultrafine bubbles in the liquid in which the predetermined gas is dissolved. A CPU performs control under a first condition in a case of causing the gas dissolving unit to operate in a circulation route passing through the dissolving unit. The CPU performs control under a second condition different from the first condition in a case of causing the UFB generating unit to operate in a circulation route passing through the UFB generating unit.
