摘要:
The present invention relates to a fluidized-bed catalyst for propylene ammoxidation to produce acrylonitrile, which consists of silica support and a composite of the formulaA.sub.a B.sub.b C.sub.c Ni.sub.d Co.sub.e Na.sub.f Fe.sub.g Bi.sub.h M.sub.i Mo.sub.j O.sub.xwherein A is potassium, rubidium, cesium samarium, thallium, or mixture thereof; B is manganese, magnesium, strontium, calcium, barium, lanthanum, rare earth, or mixture thereof; C is phosphorus, arsenic, boron, antimony, chromium, or mixture thereof; M is tungsten, vanadium, or mixture thereof. The catalyst of the present invention is highly active and selective for preparing acrylonitrile, more specifically, is suitable for catalyzing the reaction between air and propylene at a rather low ratio hence to greatly enlarge the processing capacity of the reactor. By using the catalyst of the present invention, the processing capacity of the reactor increases by 10-15 percent compared with that using conventional catalysts.
摘要:
Acrolein and acrylic acid are produced by vapor-phase catalytic oxidation of propylene in a multi-tubular, fixed-bed reaction vessel with the use of a composite oxide catalyst represented by the formula Mo.sub.a Bi.sub.b Fe.sub.c A.sub.d B.sub.e C.sub.f D.sub.g Si.sub.h O.sub.x, wherein A, B, C, and D represent components selectable from respective groups of elements, and the subscripts a through h and x are specific numbers of atoms of respective elements and groups of elements. This catalyst is adapted and packed in each reaction tube in a manner such that its activity is controlled to increase from the inlet toward the outlet of the tube.

A process for producing methacrolein by oxidizing isobutylene or tertiary butanol with molecular oxygen, characterized by contacting a gaseous mixture of isobutylene or tertiary butanol, air or oxygen and optionally steam and an inert gas with a catalyst having the general composition:Mo.sub.12 Fe.sub.a Ni.sub.b Te.sub.c X.sub.d Z.sub.f Y.sub.g O.sub.hwherein a, b, c, d, f and g represent the numbers of atoms of the respective elements per 12 molybdenum atoms; X is Tl, Rb or Cs; Z is In or Ti; Y represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of Cu, Nd, Sm and Pb; a is a value of 0.2-6; b is a value of 0.2-6; a+b is a value of 1-10; c is a value of 0.1-4; d is a value of 0.1-3; f is a value of 0.1-3; g is a value of 0-5; and h is the number of oxygen atoms for satisfying the valencies of the existing elements. The use of this catalyst enables the selectivity for methacrolein to be improved to 90 or more and the yield based on the starting material to be increased to 89-91%. In addition, the high activity of said catalyst and high selectivity are stably maintained for a long period of time.
