摘要: A substrate processing method includes: performing a both-surface cleaning processing in which a first cleaning body, which ejects the fluid to the one surface or is brought into contact with the one surface, and subsequently moves both the first cleaning body and a second cleaning body, which is in contact with the remaining surface of the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate and rotated around a first vertical axis, horizontally in synchronization with each other toward an outer peripheral portion of the substrate, and performing a side end cleaning processing in which a third cleaning body is rotated around a second vertical axis and brought into contact with the side end of the substrate to clean the side end of the substrate while simultaneously performing the both-surface cleaning processing.

摘要: A cleaning ball with a naturally derived material bonded to a surface of the cleaning ball for a condenser in a power plant is capable of performing efficient cleaning, and even if the material bonded to the surface of the ball is discharged to the ocean, the material does not cause damages to a marine environment. The cleaning ball includes a sponge rubber ball configured to deform and clean a heat transfer tube of the condenser; and a skin layer including crushed sand bonded to a surface of the sponge rubber ball. The crushed sand comprises sandstone containing granite particles, and the crushed sand has a particle size between 0.05 mm and 2.00 mm, and the skin layer is formed in concave and convex shapes on a non-deformed shape of the sponge rubber ball, and is configured to deform corresponding to deformation of the sponge rubber ball.

摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure include an apparatus and method of cleaning a substrate. A method of cleaning a substrate, includes rotating, a substrate table by first motor, delivering a fluid to a surface of a substrate positioned on a supporting surface of the substrate table of a cleaning module, rotating a cleaning pad at a cleaning speed, and sensing an initial torque value generated by a second motor with a controller, lowering the cleaning pad with a lift actuator assembly until the controller senses a contact torque generated by the second motor. The contact torque is when a pad processing surface of the cleaning pad contacts a surface of the substrate at a contact point. The method includes translating the cleaning pad a cleaning distance towards the substrate by a command from the controller. The cleaning pad is compressed by the translation of the cleaning pad the cleaning distance. The pad processing surface of the cleaning pad is then translated across the substrate supporting surface.

摘要: A tool for removing the dried and hardened cosmetic product from cosmetic applicators, such as mascara brushes, includes a chamber that fits a cosmetic applicator brush and allows for a set of vertically-oriented prongs to agitate the cosmetic applicator brush while the brush is submerged in a cleaning solvent. The chamber with its cleaning solvent, cleaning prongs and rough textured inner walls allows for efficient cleaning of the cosmetic applicator brush. This acts as a reviver of the cosmetic applicator brush and increases the number of uses of the cosmetic applicator and the cosmetic product with which it is used.

The exterior camera system includes a base unit that is fixed to a vehicle, a housing rotatably coupled with the base unit, and an imaging device including a camera module and having at least a portion inserted into the housing to move in a longitudinal direction of the housing. A wiper is disposed on an inside surface of the housing to face the camera module, and a washer fluid nozzle is disposed adjacent to the wiper. A controller receives a video from the camera module to set a rotation angle of the housing based upon driving conditions of the vehicle and to adjust extension of the imaging device.

摘要: An autonomous solar collector cleaning device includes at least one main shaft, a first driver attached to a first end of the at least one main shaft, and a second driver attached to a second end of the at least one main shaft. The first and second drivers propel the cleaning device along a surface of the solar collector. A first sensor is attached to the first driver to detect an edge of the solar collector, and a second sensor is attached to the second driver to detect the edge of the solar collector. A control circuit maintains alignment of the cleaning device with respect to the solar collector based on outputs from the first and second sensors.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a cleaning device and an aerosol-generating system including the same. Since the cleaning device according to an embodiment may receive electrical energy wirelessly from the aerosol-generating device, the cleaning device may operate without an internal battery or a wired power connection. Therefore, a weight of the cleaning device and its manufacturing cost may be reduced, and a user does not need to charge the cleaning device regularly.
