摘要: The present invention provides a coating-type composition for forming an organic film containing: a polymer having a structure shown by the following general formula (1) as a partial structure; and an organic solvent, where in the formula (1), ring structures Ar1 and Ar2 represent a benzene ring or a naphthalene ring optionally having a substituent, and W1 represents an aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms and optionally having a substituent. This provides a coating-type composition for forming an organic film that can form an organic film having high pattern-curving resistance and high dry-etching resistance, the composition being excellent in solvent solubility and having a low generation of defects.

摘要: A high-molecular-weight compound having at least one substituted triarylamine structural unit represented by the following general formula (1), further including a structural unit having at least one aromatic hydrocarbon ring or a structural unit having a triarylamine skeleton in addition to the at least one substituted triarylamine structural unit, and having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and 1,000,000 or less in terms of polystyrene and no a crosslinker, wherein the high-molecular-weight compound is used in an organic EL device as a constituent material of at least one organic layer. A polymer material having excellent hole injection/transport performance, electron blocking capability, high heat resistance, and high stability in a thin-film state for use in a polymer organic EL device, and an organic EL device having a low drive voltage, high light emission efficiency, and a long lifetime using this polymer material.

摘要: A novel copolymer for use in organic photovoltaics and other related electronic fields and related synthesis pathway. The novel copolymer displays the first example of an H2DPP co-monomer being directly incorporated into the main chain of a polymer repeat unit to form a co-polymer. An example co-polymer includes H2DPP-co-ProDOT. The related synthesis pathway displays significant simplicity and eliminates needs for reaction pathways, reagents, conditions, and the like associated with waste, toxicity, and other undesired properties.

摘要: A thermally stable and solvent resistant conductive polymer composite and its manufacturing friendly preparation method are disclosed. The disclosed composite presents great electrical conductivity with thermal stability and solvent resistance. A method of mixing a host thiophene conjugated polymer and a crosslinkable silane precursor simultaneously introduces both dopant and rigid cross-linked siloxane network into polymer system. The thin film made by the disclosed thermally stable and solvent resistant conductive polymer composite can be applied to fabricate various devices.
