摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a two-layer fabric for manufacturing a unwoven fabric which can reduce the sticking of the fiber generated upon the manufacturing of the unwoven fabric, while add the excellent lateral rigidity, the excellent diagonal rigidity, and the excellent sheet supportability to the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric.
In the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric comprising a right surface side layer consisting of wefts of the right surface side and warps of the right surface side, and a back surface side layer consisting of wefts of the back surface side and warps of the back surface side, the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric further comprises a first pair of wefts in which a binding warp on the right surface side serving as a binding yarn and a binding warp on the back surface side serving as a binding yarn are arranged in a substantially vertical direction, a second pair of warps in which a warp on the right surface side and a warp on the back surface side are arranged in a vertical direction to be overlapped with each other, and a third pair of warps in which two warps on the right surface side are arranged adjacent to each other.-

According to the invention, the fibres (3, 4), by adhering to or supporting one another, form a volume structure (12), more particularly in the manner of cotton wool, felt or a spun yarn, or the fibres (3, 4) form loops (6) or a three-dimensional woven fabric.

The continuous CNT fiber may be a yarn, ribbon, or thread. The CNT fiber fabric includes at least one face having a looped or interlaced structure made from the continuous CNT fiber. The CNT fiber yarn, ribbon, or thread is knitted, woven, sewn, and/or embroidered so that at least one surface comprises a textile made with CNT fiber yarns, ribbons, or threads.

摘要: A polar plate is fabricated. The polar plate is flexible and made of a plastic graphite composite. No matter a supporting member is used for calendering or not, a thin polar plate with controllable thickness is fabricated. The polar plate is excellent in blocking the through-transmission of vanadium ions and the limit of blending ratio of conductive carbon is broken through. The longitudinal through-transmission volume resistivity (proportional resistance to thickness) is greatly improved by adjusting the blending ratio of conductive carbon for meeting the demand of conductivity. In the mean time, the present invention strengthens the rigidity required for the thin polar plate while providing large-area polar plate fabrication for industrial use and convenience and provides a cooling and pressing method for patterning a composite polar plate. An integrated mold is thus obtained to replace the conventional polar plate which needs to be processed and prepared with runner.
