    摘要: An object of the present invention is to optimally control a recirculation amount of exhaust gas flowing to an engine that includes an exhaust heat recovery device in a main exhaust pipe thereof and performs exhaust gas recirculation from downstream of the exhaust heat recovery device. An engine control device includes an exhaust heat recovery device, an exhaust gas recirculation pipe, an exhaust gas temperature acquisition unit, and an exhaust gas recirculation amount control unit. The exhaust heat recovery device is provided in a main exhaust pipe of an engine and recovers heat from exhaust gas. The exhaust gas recirculation pipe is branched from the main exhaust pipe downstream of the exhaust heat recovery device and recirculates exhaust gas to the engine. The exhaust gas temperature acquisition unit acquires an exhaust gas temperature downstream of the exhaust heat recovery device. The exhaust gas recirculation amount control unit controls a recirculation amount of exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust gas recirculation pipe based on at least the exhaust gas temperature.

    摘要: A diagnostic device for an exhaust gas purification system that has a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), a diesel particulate filter, and an exhaust pipe injection device. The device includes a sensor for detecting a temperature of the DOC, a first calculation unit for converting an integration time of the detected temperature between regeneration intervals into a thermal history time with respect to a predetermined set temperature, and calculating a degree of degradation of the DOC based on this thermal history time, a second calculation unit for calculating a quantity of heat generated in the DOC based on the detected temperature during a forced regeneration execution period, and calculating another degree of degradation of the DOC based on the quantity of heat generated; and a diagnosis unit for diagnosing a degradation state of the DOC based on the degrees of degradation entered from the first and second calculation units.

    摘要: A method and a control system are provided for diagnosing a diesel combustion catalyst that is located in an exhaust line within a diesel engine system. The method comprising providing an unburned fuel mass flow through the diesel oxidation catalyst, determining the oxidation heat release rate which is related to the exothermic oxidation reactions of the unburned fuel into the diesel oxidation catalyst, integrating the determined oxidation heat release rate on a time interval, integrating the unburned fuel mass flow on the same time interval, dividing the integrated value of oxidation heat release rate and the integrated value of unburned fuel mass flow for determining an efficiency index (DOI) of the diesel oxidation catalyst.
