    摘要: To provide a fuel injection device capable of reducing the amount of fuel discharging to the outside. The fuel injection device is provided with the nozzle body, the injection control valve, and the close assistance piston. In the nozzle body, the first fuel chamber and the nozzle valve close chamber are formed. The injection control valve advances to a first position, thereby allowing the first fuel passage to be communicated with the first fuel chamber and blocking access from the first fuel chamber to the third fuel passage, and the injection control valve retreats to a second position, thereby blocking access from the first fuel passage to the first fuel chamber and allowing the first fuel chamber to be communicated with the third fuel passage. The close assistance piston prevents fuel in the first fuel chamber from discharging to the outside of the fuel injection device.

    摘要: A common rail fuel injection system having a low-pressure region from which a high-pressure fuel pump acts on fuel with high pressure and delivers it to a high-pressure fuel accumulator from which fuel is supplied to injectors that inject the highly pressurized fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine in which the high-pressure pump, the high-pressure fuel accumulator, and the injectors are associated with a high-pump, pressure region. In order to avoid undesirable delays in the starting of the internal combustion engine, a check valve device is connected between the low-pressure region and the high-pressure region so that when a negative pressure is generated in the high-pressure region, fuel flows from the low-pressure region into the high-pressure region.

    摘要: A fluid leak limiter for a high-pressure fuel injection system is disclosed. The fluid leak limiter may have a body at least partially defining a central bore and having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a piston reciprocatingly disposed within the central bore, and a spring located to bias the piston toward a first flow-blocking position at which fluid from the fluid inlet is inhibited from flowing to the fluid outlet. The fluid leak limiter may also have a pin configured to selectively lock the piston in a second flow-blocking position at which fluid from the fluid inlet is inhibited from flowing to the fluid outlet.

The leaf spring includes a concave portion which supports the valve element, and which is formed such that there is a gap between the concave portion and the valve element.
