摘要: A hydraulic motor brake for providing load holding torque to a hydraulic motor and comprising a housing, a plate fixedly mounted within the housing, a piston mounted for bi-directional translation relative to the plate along a longitudinal axis, and a plurality of friction-producing members arranged such that the piston and plate at least partially define a brake release chamber and the piston, normally biased in engagement with the friction-producing members to produce load holding torque, translates away from the plate and disengages from the friction-producing members to stop producing load holding torque in response to pressurized hydraulic fluid being received by the brake release chamber. The hydraulic motor brake further comprises a wear plate with the brake housing and wear plate defining bores arranged in coaxial alignment with threaded bores of the hydraulic motor for detachably attaching the hydraulic motor brake to the hydraulic motor as a self-contained unit.

摘要: A brake actuator (10) having a housing (12) in which is provided a movable brake actuating assembly (18, 30), the brake actuating assembly (18, 30) being movable between a brake apply position which, in use results in the application of a brake to which the actuator (10) connected, and a brake release position which, in use, results in the release of the brake, the brake actuator (10) further including a lock (34) which is operable to prevent movement of the brake actuating assembly (18, 30) from the brake apply position to the brake release position, the brake actuating assembly (18, 30) including a first movable member (18), a second movable member (30) and a resilient biasing element (32) which extends between the second movable member (30) and the first movable member (18) and which, if one of the first or second movable members (18, 30) is moved relative to the other from an equilibrium separation, exerts a force tending to return the first (18) and second (30) movable members to the equilibrium separation, the brake actuator (10) further including compliance control chamber (50) between the first movable member (18) and the second movable member (30), the compliance control chamber (50) having a port (58a) and being sealed such that flow of fluid into or out of the compliance control chamber (50) other than through the port is substantially prevented.

摘要: A hydraulic vehicle brake equipped with a parking brake device, in particular for motor vehicles, including a brake housing in which a hydraulic service pressure chamber is delimited by a brake piston, wherein the parking brake device acts on the brake piston and, in the applied condition, can be locked by a locking device, and an energy accumulator cooperating with the brake piston is equipped with at least one integrated spring element. In order to realize a simple and low-cost parking brake function that complies with legal requirements, according to the invention, the parking brake device is operable by a pressure that is introduced into the service pressure chamber and enables charging the energy accumulator.

摘要: A parking brake system is provided in which a parking brake state is obtained by forward movement of a parking piston (33) in response to the action of a parking control fluid pressure, and a forward operating state of the parking piston (33) is mechanically locked by a lock mechanism (43). Moreover, an input member (23) of a brake mechanism (11) and the parking piston (33) are connected by coupling means (35), a lock piston (44) of the lock mechanism (43) moves toward one side in the axial direction when the parking piston (33) moves forward, and a locking part (46) provided at one end of the lock piston (44) engages from the rear with a retaining part (45) provided on a middle section of the coupling means (35) while straddling the middle section of the coupling means (35). This enables an automatic parking brake state to be obtained by a simple structure without consuming power.

An hydraulic control system for operating the actuator is also described and illustrated.

摘要: An electro-hydraulic actuator includes: a motor output rotative power; an external gear pump activated by the motor; a hydraulic actuator operated by a pressurized working fluid supplied by the external gear pump; a manifold block in which a flow channel forming a working fluid circuit of the hydraulic actuator is incorporated; a first portion to store the motor; a second portion to store the external gear pump, the hydraulic actuator, and a reservoir; and a coupling portion to couple the first portion and the second portion in a liquid-tight state. The coupling portion includes a communication hole through which the first portion and the second portion communicate, a rotational shaft of the motor and a driving shaft of the external gear pump are joined to each other, and the external gear pump is attached to the coupling portion while being stored in the manifold block.

摘要: The invention relates to a brake actuator for an aircraft hydraulic brake, which is intended to be added into one of the cavities of a brake ring, the actuator comprising a liner (1) designed to be housed sealingly in the cavity of the ring, a piston (3) mounted to slide sealingly in the liner along an axis of sliding (X) so as to apply a braking force on friction pads when a fluid is introduced under pressure into the cavity, and having a determined operational travel, a wear compensation device (10) which defines a position to which the piston retreats into the liner by means of a mobile stop (11) that can be moved forward by the piston as a braking force is applied, and an elastic return member (16) returning the piston towards the retracted position bearing against the mobile stop. According to the invention, the mobile stop is reduced to a friction member rubbing against the liner, such that one of the faces of the friction member serves as a stop defining the retracted position of the piston, and the other of the faces serves as a support for the elastic return member, the elastic member having, when compressed, a sufficient increase in force in order to be able to push back the mobile stop in the event that the piston is not in contact with the friction pads while its operational travel is already exhausted.
