A torque limiter (30) according to a representative embodiment of the present invention is characterized by including: a first rotary body (32) to be rotated by a drive source; a first friction body (33) locked to the first rotary body; a second friction body (34) stacked on the first friction body and to be rotated with rotation of the first friction body by a friction force between the first friction body and the second friction body; a second rotary body (35) locked to the second friction body; at least one disc spring (37) for biasing the first friction body and the second friction body in the stacking direction of the first friction body and the second friction body; and a fastening member (39) for applying a compressive force to the disc spring.

    摘要: The pulley structure (1) of the present invention includes a ventilation path (10) that is formed at a position shifted in a radial direction from a rotating axis of a first rotating body (2) and allows a spring accommodation space (8) formed between the first rotating body (2) and a second rotating body (3) and the outside to communicate with each other. At least a part of the ventilation path (10) is formed in an end cap (5) that blocks an opening portion (21) on one side of the first rotating body (2) in a rotating axis direction. The end cap (5) blocks the opening portion (21) of the first rotating body (2) such that the spring accommodation space (8) does not communicate with the outside toward the one side in the rotating axis direction other than the ventilation path (10).

    摘要: A damper with a torque limiter is provided in which a torque limiter is formed from an annular limiter housing formed on a mass ring, a friction plate frictionally engaging with the limiter housing a pressure-applying plate that frictionally engages with the friction plate and that is linked to the mass ring, and a limiter spring urging the pressure-applying plate toward the friction plate side, a spring holder is formed from a pair of first and second holder plates that oppose each other to define a damper housing and that are joined to each other by a rivet, and the friction plate is formed integrally with the second holder plate. Thus, a rivet providing a link between a pair of holder plates forming a spring holder does not carry the burden of torque transmission, enabling the diameter of the rivet to be smaller and thereby reducing weight and cost.

The vehicle includes an angular position sensor providing input to a controller operable to control a servo-motor to effectively lock the position of the spider relative to the frame, regardless of the hand truck's spatial orientation relative to a vertical plane, or any balancing of the hand truck. The angular position sensor provides input to the controller, which is programmed with predefined angular zones of instability, and causes the controller to accelerate rotation of the spiders through those zones when the wheeled vehicle is in the descent mode, to avoid instability of the hand truck. A hand truck may include a removable basket and/or a pivotable platform usable to transport loads.

    摘要: A power transmission device includes: a pulley 1 rotatablely attached to a casing 9; a hub 2 connected to the pulley 1 by an engagement of protrusions with recesses; and a power shutoff member 3 interposed between the hub 2 and a rotary shaft 4. The power shutoff member and the rotary shaft 4 are joined to each other by means of screwing. When a water intrusion path formed between a hub side seating face of the hub and a shaft side seating face 44 of the rotary shaft is formed into a labyrinth structure, water is prevented from entering the seating face. An engagement portion 35 on the power shutoff member side is engaged with a hub side engagement portion 21a so that it can be accommodated in the hub side engagement portion 21a, and the power shutoff member can be rotated together when the hub is rotated. An engagement gap formed between a power shutoff member side engagement portion and a hub side engagement portion in the radial direction perpendicular to an axis of the rotary shaft is in a range from 0.001 mm to 15% of a diameter of a circumscribed circle of the power shutoff member side engagement portion.
