Abstract: A system may have an interior region. The system may have lighting that provides illumination for the interior region. The lighting may include light-emitting elements such as light-emitting diodes arranged in strips or two-dimensional patterns. A gesture sensor such as a touch gesture sensor or proximity gesture sensor may overlap the light-emitting diodes. As gesture input is received over the light-emitting elements, the lighting may toggle the states of the light-emitting elements, turning on elements that are off and turning off elements that are on. The lighting may toggle the states of the elements based on gesture input such as gesture input made along a strip of elements or gesture input involving gestures that pass over a selected set of elements in a two-dimensional array.

Abstract: A dual LED light fixture is comprised by a lower LED light source housing and an upper LED light source housing. A lower LED light source is mounted in the lower light source housing to generate downlight. An upper LED light source is mounted in the upper LED light source housing and remote from an outer circumferential light transmitting outer side area of the upper light source housing and from which is emitted side light illumination. An LED power supply and light control circuit mounted in the LED light fixture and adapted for connection to a power source. The LED light power supply and control circuit has a dimming circuit and a lower and upper driver current supply circuit. A switch is operative to connect driver current to the upper LED light source when actuated to an “on” position and to disconnect driver current to the upper LED light source when in a normal “off” position. The switch is operative for engagement to its “on” position when desirable to provide drive current to the upper light source and illumination from both the lower and upper LED light sources of the LED light fixture. Various embodiments of the LED light fixture is described.

Abstract: An illuminated rim for a roundnet set is provided. The illuminated rim of the present application is an illuminated circular frame attached to the top of an existing frame of a standard roundnet set. The underside of a connector unit of the illuminated rim snaps onto the existing frame of the standard roundnet set. An optional sensor may be used in connection with the game to detect pressure on the net from, for example, a ball hitting it. Once the sensor is triggered, the LED lights may be programmed to go off. In an embodiment, the device may be programmed so that the light may be used to determine if a valid or invalid shot was executed by a player.

Abstract: A hanging liquid lamp system is provided that enables a vessel containing two or more liquids to be suspended securely from a support structure while providing power to components of the liquid lamp. A heating element is coupled to a bottom portion of the vessel and a logic board is configured to monitor one or more temperature sensors at different locations on or near the liquid lamp to allow for dynamic adjustment of the heat output of the heating element. One or more lighting elements are also provided, which are also able to be dynamically adjusted. Abstract: Lighting control systems and methods for providing dynamic control of multiple light sources with a single input are disclosed herein. When a long touch is detected at a user interface element, a first light source is turned on. If the long touch persists for a predefined time period, a second light source (e.g., an adjacent light source) is also turned on. The luminosity of the first light source may be gradually increased from zero to 100% during the predefined time period. If the long touch persists beyond the predefined time period, the luminosity of the second light source may be gradually increased from zero until the long touch ends or a second longer predefined time period is reached.
