摘要: A counter-flow heat exchanger including a core region and a plenum region. The core region including a first set of heat exchanging passageways and a second set of heat exchanging passageways disposed at least partially therein. A plenum region is disposed adjacent opposed distal ends of the core region. Each of the plenum regions including a fluid inlet plenum, a fluid outlet plenum and a tube plate disposed therebetween. The first set of heat exchanging passageways is truncated and defines a first tube-side fluid flow path in a first direction. The second set of heat exchanging passageways defines a second tube-side fluid flow path in a second opposing direction. Each of the heat exchanging passageways extending from a fluid inlet plenum to a fluid outlet plenum. The tube plates and the core region include one of a cast metal formed thereabout each of the heat exchanging passageways or a braze bond formed between each of the heat exchanging passageways.

The plurality of heat exchangers are arranged in a blowing direction of the blower, and separately radiate heat of the cooler circuit. The heat exchanger, which is disposed on the windward side, of the plurality of heat exchangers is thermally connected to the first heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger disposed on the windward side radiates heat by itself and also radiates heat through the first heat exchanger.

摘要: A heat exchanger has a pair of heat exchange conduits having adjacent primary heat exchange surfaces thermally coupled together for the transfer of heat energy between the conduits. A third fluid conduit has a primary heat transfer surface thermally coupled to the primary heat transfer surfaces of the pair of fluid conduits, so that heat can be transferred between any one of the fluid conduits and each of the other fluid conduits.

摘要: A heat exchanger for an internal combustion engine's cooling system, said heat exchanger comprising a main and an auxiliary circuit and comprising two separated regions, one large region communicating by means of a first radiator tank with the main cooling circuit and the other, small region communicating by means of a second radiator tank with the auxiliary cooling circuit, characterized in that the radiator tanks may communicate with each other through a connection aperture receiving a controlled closing element and in that a drive acting on said closing element is used to selectively open or close the said connection aperture.

摘要: The cooling system for a vehicle comprises a heat exchanger in which a condenser 200 comprising a plurality of tubes 112, 220; a pair of tanks 210; and fins 113, 230 and in which a condenser 200 comprised of portions 210B, 220, 230 through which the refrigerant is flowed is integrally formed with a first oil cooler 110 comprised of portions 210A, 112, 113 through which the oil is flowed; a radiator 300 which comprises a plurality of radiator tubes 320; a pair of radiator tanks 310; and radiator fins 330, and which is positioned at a down stream of the condenser 200 in the air blow direction; and a second oil cooler 120 which is provided in one of the radiator tanks 310 of the radiator 300.
