摘要: A fluid filtration system includes a fluid storage vessel such as a bioreactor, a filter housing including a filter element disposed therein, a pump coupled between the fluid storage vessel and the filter housing, and a flow diverter disposed between the pump and the filter housing. The pump is configured to move fluid from the fluid storage vessel through the filter element, and the flow diverter is configured for selectively directing fluid received from the pump to the first or second end of the filter housing. In a first mode of operation, the flow diverter directs flow through the filter housing in a first direction, while in a second mode of operation, the flow diverter directs flow through the filter housing in a second direction opposite the first direction.

摘要: A method of carrying out a bioreaction in a multivessel bioreactor system may include flowing a culture medium at an initial flow rate through one or more fluidic paths between a master vessel and one or more slave vessels, detecting a first culture medium parameter value in the master vessel or the slave vessels, transmitting the first culture medium parameter value to a control system, determining an adjusted flow rate of the culture medium at the control system based on the first culture medium parameter value, and controlling a bidirectional fluid transfer device with the control system to adjust the flow rate of the culture medium through the one or more fluidic paths. The control system may adjust the flow rate of the culture medium to maintain a substantially uniform value of the first culture medium parameter value in the master vessel or the one or more slave vessels.

摘要: A method for automatic cell centrifugal cleaning and medium replacement includes: obtaining a cell volume and a critical value of a centrifugal device after centrifugal stabilization of the centrifugal device; and performing, according to a magnitude relationship between the cell volume and the critical value of the centrifugal device, a velocity reduction process on a centrifugal chamber by combining the cell volume and the centrifugal chamber information. The extracted volume is changed by velocity-reduced rotation, and the rotation at a reduced velocity is adjusted according to the magnitude relationship between the cell volume and the critical value of the centrifugal device. The optimal cleaning and medium replacement effect on cells of different volumes can be realized. A high capture rate and a high medium replacement rate are obtained and maximized from different volumes of cell samples in the fixed parameters of the centrifugal chamber.

摘要: The present invention provides an ultra-microinjection detection and control device based on lensless imaging and a method thereof. A lensless optical liquid level sensor is used to measure a change of a liquid level in an injection needle. A microinjection control unit is used to track the change of the liquid level and correct an injection pressure of the injection pump. Transmitted light generated by a parallel light source passes through a transparent glass tube of the injection needle. Then the transmitted light passes through a light filtering film to reduce the intensity of the parallel light source to a photosensitivity range of a micro linear array image sensor chip. Finally, the transmitted light enters the micro linear array image sensor chip, so that the micro linear array image sensor chip measures the change of the liquid level in the injection needle.
