    摘要: A data recording apparatus including: a data reading device configured to read data from a first recording medium and configured to store data and first management data for managing the data by file; a data recording device configured to record data on a second recording medium; a management data producing device configured to produce second management data for managing data recorded on the second recording medium based on the first management data of the first recording medium on which the data recorded on the second recording medium has been recorded; a data determining device configured to determine data unrecorded on the second recording medium by comparing the first management data read by the data reading device from the first recording medium with the second management data recorded on the second recording medium; a control device configured to read the data determined by the data determining device from the first recording medium and cause the recording device to record the read data onto the second recording medium; and a display device configured to display the recording status of data, managed by the first management data read by the reading device from the first recording medium, on the second recording medium, wherein the recording status includes one of recording of data complete, recording of data in progress, and recording of data yet to begin.

The medium stores instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform a method including automatically reading first management data from a first storage medium. The first management data identifies files of source data stored on the first storage medium. One of the files of source data is automatically identified based on the first management data and second management data. The second management data identifies files of transferred data stored on a second storage medium. The one of the files of source data is absent from the second storage medium and automatically transferred to the second storage medium. The one of the files of source data being transferred becomes one of the files of transferred data. The method further includes automatically displaying transferring status of the one of the files of source data by a symbolic figure.

    摘要: A system is configured to allow for near simultaneous data capture, encoding, and uploading of the resultant data file containing the captured data. By operating in a substantially parallel fashion, the separate processes of capturing, encoding, and uploading one or more data files created from a data source can be completed much more quickly and efficiently, thereby making the resultant data file available to the content consumer in an overall shorter period of time than presently possible using conventional sequential data file creation techniques. The method also includes the reorganization of standard data files as part of the process to more quickly and efficiently create the data file for distribution and ultimate consumption by the content consumer user.

    摘要: A shooting device includes: a display unit which is provided with a plurality of display areas; an image pickup unit which acquires an image by capturing a subject; a display control unit which controls the display unit so that an image displayed in a display area in a plurality of display areas is changed from a live view image to an image acquired by the image pickup unit at the shoot instruction when a shoot instruction is received, and an image displayed on the display area specified by the cancel instruction is changed to a specified image when the cancel instruction that specifies the display area is received; and a combined image processing unit which combines image data of the plurality of images displayed on the plurality of display areas, and generates image data of a combined image which is laid out as being displayed on the display unit.
