    摘要: The invention relates to the field of electric drive devices and electric machines, such as electric drive motors and electric generators for industrial applications, and more particularly to a method and an arrangement for identification of lateral vibration characteristics of an electric machine. The arrangement for identification of lateral vibration characteristics of an electric machine according to the present invention includes a frequency converter, one or more vibration sensors and an electric machine, wherein said frequency converter is arranged for producing torsional excitation, said torsional excitation effecting lateral vibration in said electric machine; and wherein said one or more vibration sensors include at least one lateral vibration sensor arranged for measuring the lateral vibration from said electric machine as excitation response and for producing lateral vibration data.

    摘要: There is provided a vibration generation device superior in responsivity compared to the related art. The vibration generation device includes a stator, a rotor provided to the stator so as to be able to rotate around the central axis, and having a weight having a gravity center at a position shifted from the central axis, and an air resistance reduction part provided to the weight, and reducing the air resistance to the weight when the rotor rotates. The weight is formed to have a semicircular shape viewed from the axial direction, and the air resistance reduction part has an arcuate part adapted to connect an end edge on the upstream side in the rotational direction of the rotor in the outer circumferential surface of the weight and an end edge on the downstream side in the rotational direction to each other so as to form a circular arc shape.

    摘要: The present invention is a vibration-generating small-sized motor that comprises within an external housing case thereof a stator and a rotor, a commutation mechanism, a power supply terminal that connects electrically with an electrode or a power supply land of the electronic equipment, and a terminal-blade mount on which the power supply terminal is mounted, wherein the power supply terminal includes a pair of resilient terminal blades that are located on the terminal-blade mount provided at a face of the external housing case of the motor, facing each other and pressing together, and the electrode or the power supply land on the circuit board are clamped between the resilient terminal blades, whereby the vibration-generating small-sized motor can be electrically connected to the power supply of the electronic equipment. Accordingly, the power supply terminal of the vibrating motor mounted in the portable electronic equipment can be electrically connected to the electrode or the power supply land on the circuit board in the electronic equipment with high reliability and this connection can be maintained continually over a long period.

    摘要: A high speed non-contact beam scanning device sized and shaped to provide the ergonomic benefits of a pen or wand, yet can scan a wide angle moving beam across an information-bearing target in one or two dimensional scan patterns such as lines, rasters or other patterns in order to read information therefrom. The device is well suited for reading one or two dimensional bar-code or other printed matter. In order to achieve the high density optical packaging necessary for its high performance to size benefits the device employs a novel in-line or “axial” gyrating, or “axial” scan element. The axial scan element can accept an input light beam at one end and cause it to emerge from its opposite end as a scanned beam, propagating in the same general forward direction it had upon entering the element. Reflected light, which carries information contained on the target, is collected by an internal non-imaging light collector and is processed by signal processing electronics. All components are integrated into a thin low mass module small enough to fit in a pen. Communication from the device is achievable by a cable or by wireless means.

    摘要: A spring system for a vibration driver provides a non-linear stiffening reaction force as the deflection of the spring system increases. In a vibration driver, particularly an electromagnetic vibration driver, a reciprocating plate provides opposing bumpers which engage opposing elastomer blocks alternately during the stroke of the plate. Elastomer blocks include on three or four sides an elastomer impregnated fabric. The fabric controls the bulging of the elastomer block during impact by the bumper, substantially changing the spring rate of the elastomer block, to increase the resonant frequency of the spring system as the machine stroke increases. Increasing resonant frequency controls the stroke amplitude of the plate for a consistent feed rate of resonant tuned vibratory material handling equipment.
