Abstract: A motor and an application apparatus are provided. The motor includes a stator having a stator core and a stator winding wound on the stator core, a rotor, a magnetic sensor configured to detect a magnetic field polarity of the rotor and output a corresponding signal, and a motor driving circuit configured to drive the rotor to rotate with respect to the stator based on the signal output from the magnetic sensor. At a rest position of the rotor, the magnetic sensor is arranged with an advance angle with respect to a polar axis of the rotor, to make the motor have a high starting torque.

Abstract: A motor-driven integrated circuit comprises a plurality of position comparators, a timer and a central processing. Each of the plurality of position comparators receives a pole detection signal denoted a position of a rotor of a motor. The timer receives a timing interrupt signal output by the plurality of position comparators when a predetermined edge of the pole detection signal is generated and records a time of the predetermined edge. The central processing unit obtains a rotation speed of the motor according to a time difference between two predetermined edges.

Abstract: A motor driving device for brushless direct current motors and an application apparatus thereof are provided. Abstract: A motor driving circuit for driving a rotor of a motor to rotate with respect to a stator is disclosed. The motor driving circuit includes a controllable bidirectional alternating current (AC) switch, first and second detection circuits, a rotation direction control circuit, and a switch control circuit. The first and second detection circuits detect positions of magnetic poles of the rotor, and output magnetic pole position signals having opposite phases when detecting a same magnetic pole of the rotor. The rotation direction control circuit is configured to selectively output the magnetic pole position signal from the first or the second detection circuits to the switch control circuit according to a rotation direction setting signal of the motor. The switch control circuit is configured to control the controllable bidirectional AC switch to be switched between a switch-on state and a switch-off state to control the motor to rotate in two directions.

Abstract: A motor-driven fan device includes a motor, a processor, a storage with a lookup table stored therein, and a speed detection unit. The processor queries the lookup table or calculates to acquire the target driving voltage and a corresponding target rotating speed of the motor. When the rotating speed difference is not within the range of the preset rotating speed difference, the processor repeatedly adds a gain value to the target driving voltage to acquire a new target driving voltage, acquires the actual rotating speed and the target rotating speed, and determines whether the rotating speed difference is within the range of the preset rotating speed difference. The processor maintains the operation of the motor at the target rotating speed at that point by using the constant speed control method when the absolute value of rotating speed difference is within the range of the preset rotating speed difference.

Abstract: A motor and a driving circuit thereof are provided. The motor driving circuit includes a controllable bidirectional AC switch connected with a winding of the motor between two terminals of an AC power supply; and first and second position sensors. The first position sensor and the second position sensor are respectively configured to detect positions of magnetic poles of the rotor. The first position sensor and the second position sensor output magnetic pole position signals having opposite phases when detecting a same magnetic pole of the rotor. At a rest position of the motor, the first position sensor and the second position sensor are respectively arranged with an advance angle with respect to a connection line crossing centers of opposite magnetic poles of the rotor, to make the motor have large starting torque.
