摘要: A new family of crystalline microporous metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicates designated MeAPSO-82 has been synthesized. These metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicates are represented by the empirical formula of: Rp+rA+mM2+wExPSiyOz where A is an alkali metal such as potassium, R is an quaternary ammonium cation such as ethyltrimethylammonium, M is a divalent metal such as Zn and E is a trivalent framework element such as aluminum or gallium. This family of metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicate materials are stabilized by combinations of alkali and quaternary ammonium cations, enabling unique, high charge density compositions. The MeAPSO-82 family of materials have the CGS topology and have catalytic properties for carrying out various hydrocarbon conversion processes and separation properties for separating at least one component.

Finally, the catalyst is installed into a selective catalytic reduction system of an aftertreatment system configured to reduce constituents of an exhaust gas generated by an engine. The catalyst is soaked in a liquid which consists essentially of one of water or a water-comprising solution. The soaking occurs at least one of before or after installing the catalyst in the selective catalytic reduction system. The catalyst can include a copper zeolite catalyst.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of preparing a catalyst comprising a) preparation of a support comprising 0.2 to 30 wt % of zeolite NU-86 and from 70 to 99.8 wt % of a porous mineral matrix, the percentages by weight being expressed relative to the total weight of said support, b) impregnation of the support prepared according to step a) with at least one solution containing at least one precursor of at least one metal selected from group VIII metals and group VIB metals, used alone or as a mixture, c) at least one ripening step, and d) at least one drying step carried out at a temperature below 150° C., without a subsequent calcining step. The present invention also relates to a process for hydrocracking hydrocarbon feeds using the catalyst prepared according to the method of preparation according to the invention.
