摘要: A brake system for a motor vehicle includes a master brake cylinder in which a primary piston for generating a brake pressure in a hydraulic brake circuit can be displaced according to actuation of a brake pedal. It is possible to displace the primary piston under the effect of a hydraulic servo pressure circuit in the master brake cylinder. The hydraulic servo pressure circuit includes a pressure source for generating the servo pressure and a pressure accumulator for maintaining a minimum servo pressure in the servo pressure circuit, wherein the discharge line is constructed with a non-return valve which only allows discharge of hydraulic fluid from the pressure accumulator into the servo pressure circuit. A pressure sensor for detecting the hydraulic pressure prevailing in the pressure accumulator is associated with the pressure accumulator.

摘要: Disclosed is a vehicle brake device of an electronic hydraulic brake system. The vehicle brake device of an electronic hydraulic brake system includes an input shaft coupled to a brake pedal, a pedal operation detector which detects pedal force of a driver, a pedal simulator coupled to the input shaft in a control housing to supply pedal repulsive force, a master cylinder which delivers a hydraulic pressure to a wheel brake when a braking pressure is formed by the brake pedal, a control piston which is adjacent to a first piston of the master cylinder to deliver a hydraulic pressure to the first piston, a control chamber which controls a pressure of the master cylinder between the control piston and the pedal simulator, and a hydraulic pressure supply which delivers a hydraulic pressure to the control chamber as required by a driver, wherein the pedal simulator includes a pedal simulator piston which slidably moves in the control housing, a pressing member which reciprocates corresponding to reciprocating motion of the input shaft in the pedal simulator piston, a simulator piston provided in the pedal simulator piston to slidably move corresponding to movement of the pressing member, and a push rod which is accommodated in the pressing member while being spaced apart from a bottom wall of a guide groove by passing through the pedal simulator piston and the simulator piston from the control piston to the input shaft such that the input shaft is mechanically separated from the first piston in a normal operation mode, and wherein a diameter of the master cylinder is greater than a diameter of the simulator piston, and a diameter of the control piston is greater than a diameter of the master cylinder. The vehicle brake device an electronic hydraulic brake (EHB) system is capable of quickly forming a braking pressure and suitable for generating a greater braking pressure under the same pedal force.

摘要: In a brake system, when setting a control origin position for a resolver for detecting a moved position of a booster piston, communication between a master cylinder and wheel cylinders is interrupted by cut valves. Thereafter, the booster piston is moved forward by an electric actuator in a direction in which a hydraulic pressure is generated so that a position detected by the resolver upon detection of generation of the hydraulic pressure by a hydraulic pressure sensor (position at a time of generation of hydraulic pressure) is obtained. A position obtained by moving backward the position at the time of generation of hydraulic pressure by a predetermined amount is set as the control origin position.

摘要: A vehicle brake control valve includes a piston assembly which is movable a stepped cylindrical bore of a valve housing in response to an actuating force against the force of a spring. The piston assembly includes port control edges which control communication between a brake pressure chamber which can be connected to the vehicle brakes, a reservoir, and a pump. Both the pump and the actuating force contribute to the brake pressure which builds up in the brake pressure chamber. The piston assembly includes an actuator piston and an annular piston that sealingly slides within a larger portion of the stepped bore. After the actuator piston moves a pre-set distance (H) it carries with it the annular piston. The annular piston, the actuator piston and a wall of the larger diameter portion of the stepped bore enclose a fill pressure chamber which is separated from the brake pressure chamber to achieve two-stage pressure build-up during manual braking (emergency braking) when the pump is inoperative. The fill pressure chamber and the brake pressure chamber are connected to each other via a pressure reducing valve which opens towards the brake pressure chamber.

The rear-hydraulic pressure controller controls a hydraulic pressure in the rear chamber and includes: a regulator, operable by at least one of the hydraulic pressure in the front pressure chamber and a control pressure controlled electrically, for supplying an output hydraulic pressure to the rear chamber; and a master-pressure-operating-state detector configured to, when the output hydraulic pressure is greater than a threshold value, detect that the regulator is in a master-pressure operating state in which the regulator is operated by at least the hydraulic pressure in the front pressure chamber.
