A fuel pump and metering chamber diaphragm is sandwiched between the body of the carburetor and a pump body and cover. The diaphragm separates a pump chamber from a pulse chamber of the fuel pump and separates a fuel chamber from an air chamber in the fuel pressure regulator.     摘要: A carburetor includes a body with an air intake path, a fuel pump and a fuel pressure regulator and having a main fuel jet and nozzle assembly with a main fuel jet releasably coupled to the body of the carburetor. Alternatively, a main fuel jet and nozzle assembly includes a nozzle and check valve retainer formed as a single component. In other embodiments, a carburetor is provided having a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator positioned on the same side of the body. A fuel pump and metering chamber diaphragm sandwiched between the body of the carburetor and a pump body and cover, separates a pump chamber from a pulse chamber of the fuel pump and separates a fuel chamber from an air chamber in the fuel pressure regulator.

    摘要: A carburetor improves the starting performance of an engine. The carburetor includes a main body, a pump oil ball and a fuel-air mixing channel which extends through the main body. The pump oil ball is mounted to an air strangler spindle via a spiral groove. When the pump oil ball is pressed, the air strangler spindle is driven to rotate by the spiral groove and thus to control the air strangler spindle between the fully open state and the fully closed state. The carburetor dramatically improves the starting performance of the engine.

The assembly may also include a purge valve that prevents fluid from being discharged from the purge prime pump through the purge passage, and a return valve that prevents fluid in the return passage from being drawn into the purge and prime pump.

    摘要: The present invention facilitates proper control of the scavenging air and fuel-air mixture for a stratified scavenging two-cycle engine that is based on a crankcase compression/scavenging method, using any carburetor. The present invention includes a drive member, which rotates based on an accelerator operation, installed on the air valve of the air passage, wherein the drive member is movable through angular reciprocal movements. A slave member, which constantly contacts a cam provided on the drive member is installed on the throttle valve of the carburetor, and wherein the slave member is movable through linear reciprocal movements. A fuel flow-rate controlling mechanism works in cooperation with these linear reciprocal movements. The carburetor can be freely designed without regard to the orientation of the air passage and a looseness- and play-free interlocking mechanism having a cam and a spring can maintain the air valve and the throttle valve in a proper opening relationship, thereby stably operating the engine without upsetting the air/fuel ratio.

The piece (48) is formed as an insert which abuts the undersurface (15) of the slide (10). The piece (48) has an inclined bottom surface (28, 31, 32), the amount of inclination (43, 44, 45) being selected to increase the flow rate through the carburetor throat for a given throttle setting. Air flow passing through the carburetor throat hits the surface (28, 31, 32) and imparts a component of upward motion to the fuel (56) passing by the needle valve (11), thereby increasing the available cross sectional area of the carburetor throat to which the fuel is exposed for atomization. An indented region (38) at the top of the piece (48) permits the use of the piece with a wide range of original equipment slides (10).
