    摘要: A reed valve includes a vibration suppressing member for suppressing transmission of vibration, caused due to opening and closing operations of a reed piece, to a fixed mounting portion of an engine part to which the reed valve is mounted. The vibration suppressing member includes an elastic annular projection formed on at least one of an outer peripheral surface of a gasket fitted around an outer peripheral edge of a valve plate and a pair of upper and lower surfaces of the gasket. The elastic annular projection is elastically engaged with the fixed mounting portion when the mount portion of the valve plate is mounted to the fixed mounting portion.

    摘要: A constant velocity joint vent for use in a constant velocity joint of automotive vehicles. The constant velocity joint vent includes a flapper valve generally having a circular shape. The constant velocity joint vent also includes a first and second assembly post extending from an inside surface of the flapper valve. A circumferential compression limiter is also located on an inside surface of the flapper valve. The flapper valve also includes a sealing bead located at the outer periphery thereof. The flapper valve is connected via the first and second assembly post to a cover that includes an orifice for venting of high pressure gas to the outer atmosphere while also repelling contaminants from entering the constant velocity joint.

    摘要: A check valve is provided and has a housing having inlet and outlet openings and comprising two essentially planar plate portions. A thin steel plate that acts as a valve is disposed between the plate portions. Under the effective pressure, the valve opens in one direction and blocks flow in the opposite direction. The valve has at least one valve tongue, and the plate portions in the valve are fixedly connected together. One of the plate portions is associated with the discharge zone and in the vicinity of the valve tongue is provided with at least one arched portion for limiting opening of the valve tongue. The other plate portion has bores through which the exhaust gas can enter under overpressure.

    摘要: A pressure valve for a compressor, in particular a hermetically encapsulated small-size refrigerating machine, comprising the following elements: a valve plate (33), a cylinder cover (40)comprising a substantially quadrangular base plate with cylinder walls formed thereon, with the valve plate (33) and the cylinder cover (40) being mutually connected by means of fastening elements, and with a seal (58) arranged in between and a valve spring (23) arranged in the volume enclosed by the valve plate (33) and the cylinder lid (40), a substantially U-shaped holding-down element (21) with pins and legs taking the squaring and, optionally, a damper element (27), with the valve spring, the damper element and the holding-down element being arranged in this sequence above the valve seat. In order to decisively reduce the amount of production work and to enable a pre-assembly of the holding-down element including the valve spring and the damper element with the valve plate it is provided that the valve plate (33) is provided with a plan arrangement and comprises bores (36), and pins (15, 16a, 16b) which correspond with the bores (36) are arranged on the holding-down element (21), with the distance of the pins (15, 16a, 16b) from one another being slightly different from the distance of the bores (36) from one another, so that during the insertion into the valve plate (33) an initial tensioning of the holding-down element occurs which ensures the holding of the elements on the valve plate.

    摘要: A reed valve includes a generally wedge shaped reed cage or block defining a fluid flow passage and having substantially coplanar discharge ports. A reed is mounted at a common hinge end to the reed cage and has a plurality of petals each of which overlies a corresponding one of the ports. The petals have predetermined edge profiles to establish different transverse widths at their hinge axes so that the petals overlying outer low pressure zones in the reed cage lift from their port closing positions at a lower fluid pressure than the petals that overlie higher pressure zones in the reed cage, thereby providing multiple stage lifting and reflex action by the reed petals relative to the reed cage ports.

The through-passages with outlet openings with the trapezoidal cross section are arranged on a larger pitch circle than the through-passages that open into the annular channel.

    摘要: A valve assembly of a close-type reciprocal compressor. The valve assembly includes a valve plate disposed between a cylinder body and a cylinder head, a reed valve for opening and sealing a refrigerant discharge hole formed at the valve plate, a first stopper for resisting against a bending force of the reed valve bent when the refrigerant is discharged, a second stopper for resisting against a bending force of the first stopper by the reed valve, a keeper for limiting bending degree of the second stopper by the first stopper, and a bolt engaged with the keeper for connecting with the stopper bent by the reed valve. When refrigerant discharge pressure is increased, the resisting force against the bending force is added by the first stopper and the second stopper in turn, and thus compressing efficiency is increased by changing opening degree of the reed valve corresponding to the change of the pressure, and at the same time, noise can be reduced by lessening shock added to the reed valve. Moreover, when there is an abnormal increase of the refrigerant discharge pressure, the deformation degree of the second stopper limited by the keeper can be controlled by using the bolt.

Each heat trap has a tubular body with two axially spaced apart resilient flapper members transversely extending across the interior of the body and being hinged on opposite sides thereof. The heat trap at the cold water inlet is coaxially disposed within a dip tube. In one alternate structure, flapper members are mounted directly on the dip tube, and in another alternate structure an external annular seal element is mounted on the dip tube or heat trap body, with a flapper member being integrally formed with the seal element.
