    摘要: In a folded armature assembly the vibratory end portion of the armature is prelocatable both translationally and rotationally relative to the facing pole surfaces of the permanent magnetic flux means before attachment of the supported portion of the armature to said means. The armature has wings extending laterally from the supported portion to form therewith a connecting bridge portion, and the wings are formed to provide pads extending normal to the bridge. A magnet strap with attached magnets fits slidably between the pads, with a clearance from the bridge of the armature, to permit said locations before the parts are permanently attached. After attachment and with the magnets magnetized, the armature may be adjusted substantially in translation to magnetic center between the pole faces by appropriate plastic deformation of the bridge. In a preferred embodiment, an improved structure is provided for viscoelastic damping of the undesirable second natural resonant mode of the folded armature.

    摘要: Since the radio wave absorbent of the present invention has the main component of a magnesium-zinc system ferrite material containing 45 to 50 mol % of iron oxide, 7 to 19.7 mol % of magnesium oxide, 24 to 28.5 mol % of zinc oxide, 4 to 16 mol % of copper oxide, and 0.1 to 6 mol % of manganese oxide, a matching thickness is less than 8 mm, and the total weight of the radio wave absorbent for use in the inner wall of a radio wave dark room or the outer wall of a building or the like is remarkably reduced as compared with the radio wave absorbent obtained by sintering the conventional magnesium-zinc system ferrite material. Moreover, since the radio wave absorbent can be obtained by sintering the material at a relatively low sintering temperature of about 950 to 1150° C., the manufacture cost can be reduced relative to the radio wave absorbent obtained by sintering the conventional nickel-zinc system ferrite material.

Each terminal has a mating portion (50) received in the passageway and a tail portion (51) extending downwardly beyond the housing. The spacer includes a pair of hooks (31) extending upwardly from opposite ends thereof and a number of positioning holes (303) for retaining the tail portions in position. Each hook has a first retention portion (32) and a second retention portion (33) positioned above the first retention portion. By means of gradual cooperation between engaging portions and the retention portions, the terminals are gradually oriented and guided by the holes of the spacer to be precisely inserted into a number of apertures defined in a printed circuit board without buckling.

    摘要: A high speed transmission electrical connector (1) comprises a dielectric body (10), a plurality of signal contact units (30) and grounding contacts (20) alternately retained in the dielectric body. Each signal contact unit has a differential pair of upper and lower contacts (32, 34) separated from each other for transmitting differential signals between an electrical component and a circuit board. Each upper or lower contact comprises a retaining body (322, 342), a resilient beam (324, 344) and a soldering portion (328, 348) extending from opposite ends of the retaining body, respectively. The retaining body of the lower contact defines a cutout (340) in an upper side (341) thereof adjacent to the upper contact. The cutout is like an inverted funnel in cross section for eliminating electrical skew between the upper and lower contacts and therefore maintaining system impedance.

    摘要: A battery connector includes a number of connector blocks (1) each including an insulative housing (10) and a terminal (3) retained therein. The insulative housing has a mating face (11), opposite sidewalls (14) and a pair of slabs (16). Each sidewall and a corresponding slab define a passageway (17) therebetween. A pair of apertures (18) is defined through the sidewalls communicating with the passageways. The terminal includes a fixing portion (31) and a contact portion (30). The fixing portion includes a base section (32) and a pair of limbs (33) extending from the base section engaging with the passageways. Each limb forms a protrusion (331) thereon engaging with the aperture. The contact portion protrudes beyond the mating face to engage a terminal (50) of a rechargeable battery (5).
