摘要: A process for regenerating catalyst from an MTO process is disclosed. The process comprises providing an oxygen stream and a preheated carbon dioxide recycle stream and mixing the oxygen stream and the preheated carbon dioxide recycle stream to provide a carbon dioxide rich oxidation stream. The carbon dioxide rich oxidation stream is passed to a regenerator unit to provide a carbon dioxide rich flue gas stream. The carbon dioxide rich flue gas stream is filtered to remove the catalyst fines to produce a filtered flue gas stream. A carbon dioxide recycle stream is taken from the filtered flue gas stream.

摘要: The present invention provides a process for continuous treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater and a device for continuous treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater. The process of the present application is that: high-concentration organic wastewater is continuously separated through the synergistic interaction of a multilayer evaporator and a heat pump, and the generated wastewater steam containing light components is continuously subjected to desulfurization and catalytic combustion after being mixed with air in a gaseous form, the treated wastewater can meet discharge standards, and heavy components of the generated wastewater can be recycled. After the desulfurizing agent in a first desulfurizer and the catalyst in a first catalytic combustor are deactivated, the generated wastewater steam containing the light components can be switched to a second desulfurizer and a second catalytic combustor for reaction, and air can be introduced into the deactivated catalyst and desulfurizing agent for in-situ regeneration at a high temperature.

摘要: A method for processing a chemical stream includes contacting a feed stream with a catalyst in a reactor portion of a reactor system that includes a reactor portion and a catalyst processing portion. The catalyst includes platinum, gallium, or both and contacting the feed stream with the catalyst causes a reaction which forms an effluent stream. The method includes separating the effluent stream from the catalyst, passing the catalyst to the catalyst processing portion, and processing the catalyst in the catalyst processing portion. Processing the catalyst includes passing the catalyst to a combustor, combusting a supplemental fuel in the combustor to heat the catalyst, treating the heated catalyst with an oxygen-containing gas to produce a reactivated catalyst, and passing the reactivated catalyst from the catalyst processing portion to the reactor portion. The supplemental fuel may include a molar ratio of hydrogen to other combustible fuels of at least 1:1.

摘要: A catalyst for preparing chloroethylene by cracking 1,2-dichloroethane and a preparation and regeneration method thereof are disclosed in the present application. A catalyst for preparing chloroethylene by cracking 1,2-dichloroethane includes a carrier and a nitrogen-containing carbon as an active component of the catalyst with the nitrogen-containing carbon being loaded on the carrier. The method for preparing the catalyst includes: supporting an organic matter on an inorganic porous carrier and then performing a carbonization-nitridation process by pyrolysis in an atmosphere containing the nitrogen-containing compound. The method for regenerating the catalyst includes: calcinating the catalyst with deactivated carbon deposit in an oxidizing atmosphere to remove all the carbonaceous portions on the surface, and repeating the above preparation process of the catalyst. The catalyst reduces reaction temperature, reduces energy consumption, reduces production cost, and improves selectivity and conversion rate and is inexpensive and reproducible, and has a long service life.

摘要: Ceramic compositions with catalytic activity are provided, along with methods for using such catalytic ceramic compositions. The ceramic compositions correspond to compositions that can acquire increased catalytic activity by cyclic exposure of the ceramic composition to reducing and oxidizing environments at a sufficiently elevated temperature. The ceramic compositions can be beneficial for use as catalysts in reaction environments involving swings of temperature and/or pressure conditions, such as a reverse flow reaction environment. Based on cyclic exposure to oxidizing and reducing conditions, the surface of the ceramic composition can be converted from a substantially fully oxidized state to various states including at least some dopant metal particles supported on a structural oxide surface.
