    摘要： A formulation containing polymer, resin and cement combined with aggregate can be used as a gunnable mix that is applied to a surface by being conveyed pneumatically in dry form to a nozzle, where water is added. Polymer in the gunnable mix enables it to adhere and bond to a surface, such as carbon brick, of a lining of a vessel used for the containment of molten metals. The formulation may be used, for example, to repair and protect blast furnace hearth linings.

The seeding additive may be solid-form fibrous material having charged surface, or may alternatively be liquid-form resin mixed with a suitable hardening agent.

    摘要： A deep mix soil stabilization system comprises a hydraulic cement grout, and a soil dispersant comprising at least one of i) an acrylic acid polymer or copolymer, or a salt thereof, ii) an acrylic acid/sulfonic acid copolymer, or a salt thereof, iii) an acrylic acid/phosphonic acid copolymer or a salt thereof, and iv) a blend of an acrylic acid polymer with at least one of a sulfonic acid polymer and a phosphonic acid polymer, or a salt thereof. A deep mix soil stabilization method comprises drilling into soil while injecting a soil dispersant and subjecting the soil and the soil dispersant to mixing to form a soil and soil dispersant mixture, said soil dispersant comprising at least one of i) an acrylic acid polymer or copolymer, or a salt thereof, ii) an acrylic acid/sulfonic acid copolymer, or a salt thereof, iii) an acrylic acid/phosphonic acid copolymer or a salt thereof, iv) a blend of an acrylic acid polymer with at least one of a sulfonic acid polymer and a phosphonic acid polymer, or a salt thereof; and, mixing a cementitious binder with said soil and soil dispersant mixture to form a predominantly soil-containing stabilized soil.

    摘要： The invention provides a process for water-proofing gypsum materials which comprises adding, to a pulverulent gypsum plaster composition containing from 10 to 90% by weight of gypsum based on the total weight of the composition, a mixture of a) from 1.0 to 15% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition, of one or more dispersion powders redispersible in water and based on vinyl acetate copolymers with ethylene and/or vinyl esters of C.sub.5 -C.sub.15 -monocarboxylic acids, styrene copolymers with acrylic esters of alcohols having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, vinyl chloride copolymers with ethylene and/or vinyl esters of C.sub.2 -C.sub.15 monocarboxylic acids, and b) from 0.05 to 5.0% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition, of one or more thixotropic additives from the group consisting of polyacrylic acids and their salts, smectites, bentonites, carboxymethylcelluloses and melamine-formaldehyde condensates.

Therefore, no trouble on transportation is caused during the force feeding of the hydraulic composition with a pump.
