    摘要: Some embodiments of the disclosure provides polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and a preparation method and use thereof. The method includes the following steps. Mixing raw materials for polymerization to obtain a suspension comprising the PAN. The raw materials include an acrylonitrile monomer, a first auxiliary monomer, a second auxiliary monomer, a polymerization medium, an initiator, a chain transfer agent, and a settling agent. Removing unreacted monomers and unreacted polymerization medium in the suspension to obtain the PAN. After subsequent removal of monomers, removal of a polymerization medium, washing, and drying, a PAN powder is obtained. In some embodiments, the preparation method of the PAN has a wide adjustable range of a PAN copolymerization composition, a low viscosity of a polymerization system, a high concentration of a polymerized monomer, and a strong anti-scaling ability.

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition includes a resin component (A) in an amount of 97 to 80 parts by mass; and a hitting sound reducing material (B) in an amount of 3 to 20 parts by mass. The hitting sound reducing material (B) is a hydrogenated copolymer derived from hydrogenation of a copolymer formed of a block portion (I) primarily including structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl-based compound, and a random portion (II) primarily including structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl-based compound and derived from butadiene. The structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl-based compound in the block portion (I) and derived from an aromatic vinyl-based compound in the random portion (II) are present in a total content of 55 to 80 mass % relative to a 100 total mass % of the copolymer, and the hydrogenated copolymer has a primary dispersion peak of tan δ at 0° C. or greater.

    摘要: A method for producing a polymer from a first component and a second component using a reactor (50) offers technical advantages, wherein reaction heat produced in the reactor (50) is discharged via a boiling cooler (40) by supplying gaseous vapors produced in the reactor (50) to the boiling cooler (40). A product flow containing condensed vapors is returned to the reactor (50) from the boiling cooler (40) via a separation vessel (60), and an aqueous phase is separated from the product flow in the separation vessel (60). A system is provided for producing a polymer from a first component and a second component, comprising a reactor (50) and a boiling cooler (40) for discharging reaction heat produced in the reactor (50). A separation vessel (60) is arranged between the boiling cooler (40) and the reactor (50) such that a product flow containing condensed vapors is returned to the reactor (50) from the boiling cooler (40) via the separation vessel (60).

    摘要: Disclosed are a thermoplastic resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded article manufactured using the same. The thermoplastic resin composition includes 3 to 22% by weight of a graft copolymer (A-1) including an acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 200 to 400 nm, an aromatic vinyl compound, and a vinyl cyanide compound; 17 to 40% by weight of a graft copolymer (A-2) including an acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 50 to 199 nm, an aromatic vinyl compound, and a vinyl cyanide compound; 30 to 57% by weight of a copolymer (B) including a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, an α-methyl styrene-based compound, and a vinyl cyanide compound; and 6 to 30% by weight of a polymethacrylate resin (C) (except for α-methyl styrene), wherein an average multi-axial impact strength is 22 J/mm or more.
