摘要: A curable silicone composition is provided. The curable silicone composition comprises a cadmium-free quantum dot in an amount of from about 0.01 to about 10 mass % of the composition, wherein the composition can be cured by a hydrosilylation reaction and has at least about 10 mol % of aryl groups in all silicon atom-bonded organic groups. The curable silicone composition exhibits excellent dispersibility of the quantum dot, and cures to form a cured product exhibiting excellent color conversion efficiency.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to methods for preparing nanoparticle monolayers on a sub-phase by controlling the spreading rate of the nanoparticles. The nanoparticles are first prepared in a nanoparticle solution at a predetermined concentration with a solvent. The sub-phase solution is prepared to have a density and viscosity compatible with the desired spreading rate. Additives, such as glycerol, are used to alter the density of the sub-phase solution. A volume of nanoparticle solution is deposited on the surface of the sub-phase solution and allowed to spread in a controlled manner on the unconstrained surface, forming a uniform nanoparticle monolayer. A substrate is then placed in contact with the nanoparticle monolayer to form a uniform nanoparticle coating on the surface of the substrate.

摘要: An electroluminescent flexographic printing ink and a preparation method thereof. The ink includes, in parts by weight, the following components: 0.5 parts to 2 parts by weight of an electroluminescent material; 120 parts to 150 parts by weight of a monomer; 10 parts to 20 parts by weight of a prepolymer; and 0 part to 5 parts by weight of a leveling agent; wherein the electroluminescent ink for flexographic printing of the luminescent layer of the electroluminescent device does not comprise a pigment; and the electroluminescent ink for flexographic printing of the luminescent layer of the electroluminescent device has a particle size of less than 0.1 μm, a viscosity of 20 cP to 2,000 cP at 25° C., a surface tension of 18 mN/m to 37 mN/m at 25° C., and a curing time of 10 min to 30 min.

摘要: A quantum dot including a core including a semiconductor nanocrystal including a Group III-V compound; and a first semiconductor nanocrystal shell disposed on the semiconductor nanocrystal core, the first semiconductor nanocrystal shell including zinc, selenium, and optionally sulfur, and a second semiconductor nanocrystal shell disposed on the first semiconductor nanocrystal shell, the second semiconductor nanocrystal shell including zinc, sulfur, and optionally selenium, wherein the quantum dot does not include cadmium, an emission peak wavelength of the quantum dot is in a range of about 500 nanometers (nm) to about 550 nm, and an ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum of the quantum dot includes a first exciton absorption peak and a second exciton absorption peak, a composition including the same, a composite, and an electronic device.

摘要: An yttrium-based powder for thermal spraying and an yttrium-based thermal spray coating formed from the yttrium-based powder are proposed. The yttrium-based powder includes an yttrium-based compound and an optimally controlled amount of an oxide additive, SiO2. The yttrium-based powder inhibits formation of black spots or prevents the yttrium-based compound from turning black through plasma spray coating. The yttrium-based powder enables formation of a thermal spray coating with a desired color and improved mechanical properties.
