    Abstract: This invention provides an in-wheel motor capable of increasing steering operability and ride comfort of a vehicle. A stator 21 of an in-wheel motor 20 comprises a stator housing 21a and a stator housing cover 21b. The stator housing 21a is formed of a tubular-shaped housing annular portion 21a1, a housing flat-plate portion 21a2, a fold-back portion 21a3, and a flange portion 21a4. In the stator housing 21a, a housing recessed portion 211 is formed of the housing flat-plate portion 21a2 and the fold-back portion 21a3. The housing recessed portion 211 is provided with a hub bearing mounting portion 216 on which a hub bearing 26 is mounted. The stator housing cover 21b is provided with an upper arm attachment portion 217 and a lower arm attachment portion 218 for attaching an upper arm 31 and a lower arm 32 of a suspension device 30.

    Abstract: An electric motor having a cooling channel which leads through an interior space surrounded by a stator and a housing comprises a first housing component, which forms a base opposite a first axial end of the stator, and a second housing component opposite a second axial end of the stator as a cover, and the first housing component has an inlet and an outlet for cooling liquid and an inner part which projects into the stator. The inner part forms a sleeve, in which the first end of the shaft is arranged, and the inner part also forms an annular space which is arranged between the stator and the sleeve, wherein a cooling channel section for cooling the stator extends in this annular space, and wherein at least one bearing of the shaft is arranged in the sleeve.

    Abstract: A rotating motor and a fan are provided. A first bearing seat, a second bearing seat and a plurality of support rods of the motor are arranged to form a supporting frame of the motor. Accordingly, the coaxiality between the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat can be ensured. The motor has a rotor. The outer diameter of the permanent magnet of the rotor is disposed to be greater than or equal to the outer diameter of a second bearing of the rotor. The outer diameter of a first bearing of the rotor is disposed to be greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the permanent magnet of the rotor. Accordingly, the entire rotor of the rotating motor can be directly mounted on the supporting frame.

The shaft includes a supported portion supported by a bearing and an adjacent large-diameter portion larger in diameter than the supported portion and disposed closer to a center in an axial direction than the supported portion. The shaft is configured to rotate integrally with a rotor while holding the rotor. A sectional shape of a boundary portion between the supported portion and the large-diameter portion in a longitudinal section of the shaft is an arc shape that is, on an outer side in the axial direction with respect to a virtual rising point, recessed inward from an outer edge in the radial direction of the supported portion and raised outward in the radial direction from the outer edge, as the arc shape extends from the outer to an inner side in the axial direction.

    Abstract: A stator of a rotating electric machine system includes a neutral point terminal that is formed in conductive wires that are pulled out from electromagnetic coils. The rotating electric machine system includes a partition member accommodated in a housing. A first wall surface of the partition member faces toward an end part of a coil end portion in an axial direction which includes end parts of the electromagnetic coils. A concave portion recessed in a direction away from the coil end portion is formed in the first wall surface. A liquid coolant flows between the neutral point terminal and a bottom surface of the concave portion.
