If a preset condition is satisfied, a terminal device skips sending first channel state information CSI at first time, where the preset condition includes at least one of the following: The first time does not belong to active time of a first discontinuous reception DRX and that the first time does not belong to active time of a second DRX set; the first time does not belong to active time of a first DRX and that the first time belongs to active time of a third DRX set; neither a first timer nor a second timer set is run at the first time; or a first timer is not run but a third timer set is run at the first time.

摘要: A method of a terminal for transmitting channel state information for one or more beams comprises the steps of: determining whether group-based beam reporting is configured based on channel state information (CSI) reporting configuration information; measuring reference signal received power (RSRP) for one or more channel state information reference signals (CSI-RS) received through one or more CSI-RS resources; and transmitting, to a base station, the channel state information including a value in a table configured in advance based on whether the group-based beam reporting is configured and one or more CSI-RS RSRP measurement results obtained by the measurement.

摘要: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for determining locations for range-extending devices. Signal strength between devices within an area may be measured one or more times over a time period. Based on the measurements, signal loss over fronthaul links and backhaul links may be determined for each range-extending device in the area. A predicted improvement in signal quality may be determined. A direction and distance to move each range-extending device may be determined based on a comparison with the fronthaul and backhaul signal qualities and the predicted improvement in signal quality. The direction, improvement in signal quality, and/or user preferences for devices may be used to determine an improvement associated with moving one or more range-extending devices.

摘要: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for system resiliency by aggregation with heterogenous communication networks. The method includes transmitting an interaction request associated with an interaction initiation device through a low earth orbit satellite network upon determining a cellular network associated with the interaction initiation device is unavailable. The method also includes receiving a plurality of data packets from the interaction initiation device. At least one of the plurality of data packets are received via the low earth orbit satellite network, and one or more of the plurality of data packets include identifying characteristics associated with the interaction initiation device. The method further includes consolidating the plurality of data packets received via the low earth orbit satellite network. The method still further includes causing an execution of the requested interaction by transmitting a confirmation indicator to the interaction initiation device via the low earth orbit satellite network.

摘要: Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE) to support dual-connectivity with a Master Evolved Node-B (MeNB) and a Secondary eNB (SeNB) are disclosed herein. The UE may receive downlink traffic packets from the MeNB and from the SeNB as part of a split data radio bearer (DRB). At least a portion of control functionality for the split DRB may be performed at each of the MeNB and the SeNB. The UE may receive an uplink eNB indicator for an uplink eNB to which the UE is to transmit uplink traffic packets as part of the split DRB. Based at least partly on the uplink eNB indicator, the UE may transmit uplink traffic packets to the uplink eNB as part of the split DRB. The uplink eNB may be selected from a group that includes the MeNB and the SeNB.

摘要: A system determines a first set of policies, wherein at least one policy entry for a destination role comprises a source role, a traffic attribute, and an action to be taken for the packet. The system represents the policies as a matrix, wherein a first entry in the matrix indicates the source and destination role, the traffic attribute, and the action of the at least one policy entry. The system replaces, in the first entry, the action with the destination role if the action indicates to allow the packet, and with a null value if the action indicates to deny the packet, to obtain a first data structure with entries indicating, for a respective source role, traffic attributes and corresponding sets of allowed destination roles. The system resolves an overlapping pair comprising a first and a second traffic attribute to obtain a second set of synthesized policies.

摘要: Devices and methods enable optimizing a signal of interest based on identifying and analyzing the signal of interest based on radio frequency energy measurements. Signal data is compared with stored data to identify the signal of interest. Signal degradation data is calculated based on noise figure parameters, hardware parameters and environment parameters. The signal of interest is optimized based on the signal degradation data. Terrain data is also operable to be used for optimizing the signal of interest.
