摘要: A system for applying fingerprinting/watermarking of consumer data, and analyzing "wild files" of consumer data to assign a guilt score for a particular party who may have leaked the data, allows the owner of data sources ("Data Owners") to identify and assert ownership of textual data that has been distributed outside of their firewall in the clear (i.e., without encryption), either intentionally or unintentionally, and assign guilt to parties misusing the data. The system can be used by Data Owners who transmit, lease, or sell data to individuals or organizations ("Trusted Third Parties" or "TTPs") to recognize and assert ownership of their data in the case where one or more TTPs leaks the data (the leaked file is defined as a "Leaked Subset") into the hands of others ("Bad Actors") who either knowingly or unknowingly use the data illegally.

摘要: A method for treating, preventing and/or reducing neurodegeneration in subjects with neurodegenerative disease, such as those neurodegenerative diseases that affect the eye, including glaucoma, using radiation, such as gamma radiation or X-ray radiation, either alone or together with a bone marrow transfer treatment. The method includes irradiating a targeted area of an animal, such as the eye region, with radiation, either alone or followed by injection with T-cell depleted bone marrow cells. Also a method for screening and/or selecting agents and/or treatment methods for inhibiting, treating and/or reducing neurodegeneration, particularly the neurodegeneration of the eye that occurs as a consequence of glaucoma.

摘要: The orthodontic alignment of misaligned teeth includes preparing a digital and/or physical overlay model which is the superimposed positioning of the patient's original misaligned dentition with the target or final position. The superimposition of one upon the other creates an open space through which teeth may move in a natural manner, allowing for a treatment plan that takes into account the physical interaction of one tooth with another or the differences in tooth movement rates due in part to differences in underlying bone density or the like. An aligner tray fabricated using the model will likewise represent the before and after tooth positions and will also have the open space to allow tooth movement. Force exerting structures are preferably placed into the aligner tray to impinge upon the patient's teeth in a prescribed manner when the aligner tray is inserted into the patient's oral cavity.

摘要: A magnetic knife block is provided for temporary installation along a hydraulic flow conduit of a cutting system, in lieu of a conventional hydraulic water knife fixture, for collecting metal debris attributable to construction and/or maintenance activity. The magnetic knife block includes at least one and preferably multiple magnets for collecting metal debris upon initial water flow through the cutting system. The magnetic water knife block is then removable from the hydraulic flow conduit and replaced by the conventional water knife fixture for normal cutting operation, such as cutting a succession of raw potatoes into elongated French fry strips.

摘要: A portable storage container that consists of multiple compartments that are used to separate different components of a stored item. In separating out the components, the shelf life of the stored item is dramatically increased. The storage device is made from a plurality of polymeric film sheets that are connected through a perimeter seal that leaves a vacant space within the perimeter seal between the polymeric film sheets for creating multiple compartments. The compartments are separated through frangible sealing structures that are made up of a plurality of individual seals of varying types. When the device is operated, the frangible sealing structure is ruptured, therefore allowing the separated components to mix. Using a sealing structure made up of multiple seals ensures that the compartments remain separated when the storage container is subjected to harsh environmental conditions.
