An actuating device for orthosis including a housing, a motor, a transmission disposed in the housing, and an actuating arm. The transmission is operatively connected to the motor such that the motor provides power to the transmission. The transmission includes a first stage, a second stage, and a third stage. The first stage has a first sprocket, a second sprocket, and a first drive belt tensioned between the first sprocket and the second sprocket. The first sprocket is attached to a shaft of the motor. The second stage has a third sprocket, a fourth sprocket, and a second drive belt tensioned by the third sprocket and the fourth sprocket. The third sprocket is attached to the second sprocket of the first stage. The third stage has a fifth sprocket, a sixth sprocket, and a third drive belt tensioned by the fifth sprocket and the sixth sprocket. The fifth sprocket is attached to the fourth sprocket of the second stage. The transmission additionally includes a first shaft and a second shaft. The second sprocket, the third sprocket, and the sixth sprocket are attached to the first shaft, and the fourth sprocket and the fifth sprocket are attached to the second shaft. The actuating arm is operatively connected to the sixth sprocket of the third stage of the transmission such that the power provided to the transmission by the motor causes the actuating arm to provide an output torque.

L'invention concerne un exosquelette comprenant: - une structure de pied, - une structure de jambe inférieure, - une liaison mécanique de genou présentant un axe de pivotement, et - une liaison mécanique de cheville, reliant la structure de pied à la structure de jambe inférieure et comprenant une première liaison pivot présentant un premier axe de pivotement sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de pivotement de la liaison mécanique de genou, et une deuxième liaison pivot présentant un deuxième axe de pivotement perpendiculaire au premier axe de pivotement et formant avec le plan de support un angle compris entre 30° et 60° lorsque l'exosquelette est debout et au repos.

Orthopedic devices are provided that include rigid members for coupling to portions of a limb that includes a joint, and a cable that couples to the rigid members and extends up to a powered element. The orthopedic devices are configured to produce beneficial forces using the rigid member and the cable, which beneficial forces are translated to the wearer. The orthopedic devices include control systems that generate control signals for controlling the powered element.

Изобретение относится к медицине и протезированию, а также может быть использовано в качестве голеностопных сочленений экзоскелетонов, используемых в туризме, спорте. Техническим результатом, достигаемым настоящим изобретением, является улучшение эргономических характеристик экзоскелетона. Голеностопное шарнирное сочленение голенного звена и стопы экзоскелетона, содержит шарнирный узел. Кроме того, оно содержит палец и смонтированную на стопе опорную стойку, верхняя часть которой выполнена в виде двух проушин, а шарнирный узел выполнен сферическим и включает бочкообразную головку со сферической поверхностью и отверстием по оси головки под размещение пальца, корпус, соединенный с голенным звеном, и, установленный между сферической поверхностью головки и корпусом с возможностью вращения вокруг трех осей координат по сферической поверхности головки шаровой пояс, жестко смонтированный на внутренней поверхности корпуса. Причем шаровой узел смонтирован на опорной стойке посредством соединения палец - проушины, головка жестко смонтирована на пальце, палец жестко смонтирован в проушинах, а оси проушин, пальца и, соответственно, головки, совпадают с поперечной осью голеностопного сустава человека.

An electromechanical sexual stimulation device for providing sexual stimulation to a body part. The device comprises a housing, and a first stimulation finger for stimulating the body part. The first finger is directly drivable so as to be able to oscillate with respect to the housing along a first pathway. The device comprises a second stimulation finger for stimulating the body part. The second finger is directly drivable so as to be able to oscillate with respect to the housing along a second pathway. The first finger is constrained to be moveable with respect to the housing along the first pathway and the second finger is constrained to be moveable with respect to the housing along the second pathway.

A chair (1) for carrying out leg stretching exercises by a subject seated thereon comprises a seat (9) formed by a main seat element (17) and a pair of thigh support elements (35) extending from the main seat element (17). The thigh support elements (35) are pivotal in a generally downwardly direction about respective horizontal first pivot axes (37) from a first state for supporting the corresponding thigh of a subject to a second downwardly extending state with the thigh of the subject unsupported. The thigh support elements (35) are also pivotal about respective substantially vertically extending main pivot axes (45) in a generally rearwardly direction away from each other from a normal forwardly extending state to a stretching state for urging the thighs of a subject supported on the thigh support elements (35) away from each other for stretching the adductor muscles. A pair of foot support elements (13) extend transversely and sidewardly on respective opposite sides of the chair (1) from a carrier element (16) for engaging the instep of a corresponding foot of a subject for supporting the foot during a stretching exercise of the quadriceps and hip flexor muscles with the corresponding thigh of the subject extending generally downwardly from the seat (9) and the lower leg extending from the knee in a generally rearwardly upwardly inclined direction to the foot support element (13).
